My AC unit was low on refrigerant which indicates a leak. I opted to do a refill for now instead of a repair and Cronus offered to do it at a very reasonable price. They were able to schedule a service tech the same day I called. Alex provided quick, excellent service and communicated the process and issues professionally. Thank you Alex for the great job!

I've never had to deal with any HVAC repairs and honestly thought it was so much harder than it was. I called on a Sunday and was told they don't charge extra for weekends only after hours. It was the day before Labor Day and AC wasn't working well. Called and Cronus sent out a tech in the matter of a few hours. Alex D. Came out, did the free diagnostic. Told me refrigerant seems low because it hasn't had maintenance of any sort in 5 years so that's pretty normal. Alex was great at explaining everything and making sure to inform me on all my options and not just what will make the company money. He made me feel like I could trust his professional opinion and I wasn't tricked into anything. He also did an amazing job at educating me as the homeowner about year or Bi yearly maintenance. When I had this AC installed the last company didn't do a a whole lot of educating. It was also over a 100 degrees out when Alexis was working on the AC outside. I made sure I got him cold water and I respected his dedication to his job so I promised him I'd leave a review. Thank you a lot for making this a very easy call and quick response. My air-conditioning unit stopped working at the beginning of July. I made a quick call to Kronos mid morning and they were at my house fixing the problem by 1 PM. They were done. Couldn’t ask for anything faster and it was a fair price. I will use them again

The air conditioning in my rental property wasn't cooling, I called for service around noon. They scheduled a technician, Alex, to arrive between 3-5 PM. Alex called while he was onsite, provided quote and explained that the fan doesn't blow. By 5 PM, he had replaced a faulty capacitor, and the AC was working perfectly again. I'm very happy with the entire process and will be a future customer.

Best experience I have ever had with a HVAC company. Alex arrived about an hour after I called Cronus. Very thorough and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I want to give a huge thank you to Cronus Home Comfort Service. Over Labor Day weekend, my AC suddenly stopped blowing cold air. I called another HVAC company first, and their technician came out, misdiagnosed the issue, and quoted me $3,290 in labor costs after telling me the parts might be covered by a manufacturer warranty. They said they would handle contacting the manufacturer, but something about it didn’t sit right with me.

I decided to get a second opinion and called Cronus. Their technician, Alex, came out promptly, diagnosed the real issue, and told me all I needed was a new capacitor. He had the part on his truck, installed it, and had the system running perfectly again in under an hour. The total bill was $249 after a $100 promotional discount.

Alex came out and was great! Called Cronus around 9 and before 11:30 they had my unit back up and running. With the Sacramento heat we all know time is of the essence. He was thorough with his explanation. I’ll be using them again for other repairs!
