So lucky that Roni from Roto-rooter was working today! Called different places and they were closed some not available till Wednesday. We had a leak in our main sewer line/ galvanized pipe. Rick was amazing. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem that I had with a recently installed kitchen faucet, which was leaking water on some of the connections between the hoses. The valves were very old and had to be replaced.

The original person who installed the faucet was unable to fix it whereas Rick changed the valves and confirmed that the leaks were fixed in about 32 mins. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Róni, repairman, arrived to correct his colleague’s former shower repair that was poorly completed. I had called the Company’s general manager to voice my profound dissatisfaction and upset. Róni arrived timely, was very efficient, examined the drip problem in my shower exacerbated by his colleague’s repair performance. He listened to my concerns, was respectful, patient, and explained what he had to do to resolve the shower’s constant increased water drips and subsequent paperwork. I was impressed with how thorough he performed his job. He double checked his own work before concluding the job. I will definitely ask for Róni again in the future.

Water had not drained from a shower so after vacuuming the water with a shopvac, Roto Rooter were called again. Sean and Fernando came to check on the previous shower clog fix, which unfortunately repeated within a week, because of their 120 days warranty guarantee policy. They run water, flushed toilets in both bathrooms for half hour. There was no water overflow. Yet they decided to check with their SeeSnake camera down a toilet to see inside the main drain from the house to city sewer. The old underground pipe was no longer round, but flattening and needs a change, tree roots were pushing it. Plus after snaking the shower, a metal mesh filter for the washing machine full of hair had migrated there and came out at the snake tip. Due to the old damaged drain, their guarantee was voided but they did not charge for this visit. They gave a rough estimate of the costs of changing the drain. Sean gave a copy of the drain video which might be part of a future video posted on iomedia.tv. They are professionals worth learning from as they explain what causes clogs.
