Great response time from when I first called. Prompt communication via texting (preferred). All RR employees were super friendly. They were able to come out the next day to fix a burst pipe in my yard. Luis stayed until 9:30pm using a headlamp to ensure we had water that night. The next day he finished up and did a fantastic job. I’ve heard RR is not the cheapest, but they will absolutely get the job done and do it well.

I want to express the gratitude to the employees of Roto Rooter. Luis & Rob and the many others who worked endlessly to repair a two underground hot water pipes that burst! I can’t express enough how thankful I am they were able to complete this work before a holiday weekend to ensure the owners had hot water. Spectacular service from the local technician that visited mi casa with their trusty snake to clean the goop out of our bathtub drain. They showed up on time, knew what they were doing, cleared out the clogs, gave some helpful advice on switching out the drain cover for a more hair-catching one, and was a great person to boot! Will definitely use again (living with Greeks, and their thick, luscious, shedding hair is both a blessing and a curse).

Started the day with Joaquin showing up about 9 am. He is very knowledgeable and professional explaining what will be done and letting me know Rudy was on his way with the big sewer truck (honey bucket)to pump out the raw sewage.

Rudy was great at explaining procedures along with the younger technician (didn't get his name).

All 3 technicians did major clean up with a smile on and good humor. Awesome watching them work.

Joaquin went and bought the parts, a new pump and pvc piping . He got the job done with excellence! He finished around 6 pm, so a long day of working.

I am very pleased with the work that was done and will refer them and Roto-Rooter.

Great experience. Enrique was quick, and efficient. He even took the time to make sure the new water heater was balanced and vented properly. The old water heater setup was placed incorrectly!

One evening an old nipple pipe for an irrigation hose broke, requiring shut-off of the main water supply to our house. I called the firm and plumbers came (somewhat delayed by work on another job) and replaced the nipple and faucet, simplifying the installation by eliminating an unnecessary PTR valve. They got the necessary parts at a nearby hardware store and did the work promptly, restoring water to the house. They were very pleasant people.

Sayed was thorough and patient. Explained everything and was easy to work with. Would definitely use this service again!

Enrique was a fantastic plumber. He diagnosed the problem quickly (it wasn't in the pipes, it was the toilet itself), told me I could save some money if I bought the new appliance myself and then called him back to install it, went out and bought what I needed when I said I'd prefer to leave it all in professional hands, installed a completely new toilet, neatly and with no damage to wall or tile. Overall, a 5-star experience

Called Roto Rooter when I woke up, as we had a water leak associated with our washing machine spigot. Roni was here within the hour. He was very professional & efficient. He identified the issue & quickly corrected it. Thank you Roni!! P.S. we actually have a home warranty, but they take forever to send a Plummer out. Roto Rooter is always quick to help!!

I woke up this morning, ready to hop in the shower and get ready to start my day, only to discover I had no hot water. I called Roto-Rooter and they dispatched my new friend Patrick H. aka the “Transporter” (he really does look like Jason Statham) He was so polite and didn’t try to sell me on buying a new water heater but after showing me EVERYTHING the HD installers did incorrectly and what my options were, I made the decision to get a new one, knowing it would be done but a professional. He left to pick up a new water heater, returned and did his thing. I’m so impressed with his professionalism and integrity, I have him on speed dial. I live in an HOA so I’m blasting him out to every homeowner for future reference. To RR management, you have a great team member representing you and I hope you give him the recognition he deserves!

He was FANTASTIC! Quickly assessed the situation, determined the needs to repair the toilet, picked up parts within minutes and finished the install nearly in an expedited fashion. Also spent time reviewing the installation and ensuring everything was working properly. Strongly recommend!

The customer service rep does not give a quote on the phone for home service most likely because the price is so outrageous! I paid over $700 for the repair man for just walking into my house, which does not include payment for the 8 minutes it took to fix my problem. I paid $796. I WILL NEVER use your service again. This company takes advantage of a client's distress and plumbing issues are always worrisome. I have spread the word on all my social media platforms about the rip off by your company.

Made a call and Terrence J came out with in 1 hour. Very friendly and polite. He unclogged the main drain very quick and run water to make sure it was no longer clog.
