I was very happy with how quickly and professionally the plumber, Roman, handled our clogged tub drain. Roman was knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. He got right to work and fixed the problem fast. He also suggested using a drain cleaner once a month to help keep things running smoothly and pointed out a pipe that might need replacing later on. My husband had tried to fix the drain himself, but calling in a pro was definitely the right choice. The service was excellent, the price was fair, and we were both really impressed. We’ll definitely be calling again if we ever need plumbing help in the future.

Five stars hardly do justice to the fantastic work Cory and his crew did for my plumbing project. I had a pretty big home addition that needed a new connection to the main sewer, plus underground water and gas lines. Cory came up with a smart plan to directionally bore under my garage for the new sewer line and used directional drilling for the water and gas lines too. Cory and his team were great to work with—always professional, friendly, and clear about the process. It was a relief to know I had the right plumbers for the job. Allen & Sons Plumbing gave us the best service we’ve ever had. We had a major leak in our home that caused water to flood our basement, all coming from a sump pump that stopped working. Cory came out right away, reset the pump, and helped us drain out the water. Unfortunately, the pump failed again and the basement flooded even more. Cory returned quickly, put in a new sump pump, and made sure all the water was removed. Out of all the plumbers we tried reaching, this was the only one who responded fast in an emergency and actually knew how to fix the problem. Thanks to their quick work, all our belongings were saved. Would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
