Chris worked very hard clearing our kitchen sink drain pipe of a nasty grease and whatever clog. The first attempt at snaking the drain pipe did not work so he tried again and was successful despite the snake getting constantly jammed going down into the web of drain pipes. It took nearly two hours but Chris did not give up as I suspect others would have. Oh...and it was late at night and he was here until well after midnight. Roto Rooter needs more employees like Chris. And he is a very nice and friendly guy. Thank You Chris!!

Sayed did a very good and thorough job for our main line drain blockage. He was very communicative, and efficient and gave me different options on how I want to proceed. Will definitely have him again in case of any issues.

Extremely efficient in repairing what I feel was a major repair but the expediency and marksmanship of his work is an example of the company having knowledgeable and experienced professionals. Very happy with this experience. Although I wouldn’t want to go through it again, they handled our water repair with urgency and professionalism.
