The service tech that arrived was knowledgeable and made quick work of fixing the latch that was broken on our LG washing machine. I asked about the moldy gasket as these machines do this and he suggested to search Amazon for a product that helped with that. He was very helpful and detail oriented. Very happy

Error message F1E5 on my Microwave, Spoke with Mike first time and second time I spoke with Kevin (I told both the error message, inverter is not responding). However they insist that a technician will come to diagnose the problem, his name is Art and he will come between 2pm-5pm (30 minutes before arriving he will call). No calls, 4:30 doorbell, Art was there, so far OK. He punched the error # into his tablet and said "you need an inverter" it will cost you $515.00 (for a microwave you could buy for $600.00 new). Of course he had a bill of $70.00 for the service charge, I said you must be kidding me, you didn't do anything with the microwave, he said he doesn't need to, all he needed was the error number, you can imagine how stupid I felt! This entity is a fraud in my opinion and NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Elon came to fix my built-in ice-maker in my freezer. He did a thorough cleaning of the non-working parts as well as the back of the fridge.it works wonderfully now. Very professional customer service.

The washer started making a loud grinding sound during spin, and the whole machine would shake across the floor. The tech diagnosed a worn tub bearing and unbalanced legs. He replaced the bearing, leveled the feet, and ran a test load. The noise is gone and the machine no longer walks. He even showed me how to avoid overloads that put stress on the drum. It feels like we bought a new washer that’s how different it sounds now. Super professional, quick, and didn’t leave a mess.

The buzzing sound from our fridge was driving us nuts, especially at night. It wasn’t always loud, but when it was, you could hear it from the hallway. The tech found the condenser fan was clogged with dust and slightly off balance. He cleaned the blades, repositioned it, and also cleared debris from behind the unit. The sound is completely gone now. He also noticed the fridge wasn’t level, which apparently affects how hard the compressor works. He adjusted it slightly and gave me tips on how to keep it running efficiently. Very thorough and easy to work with.

I would highly recommend this place. We just moved into a new house and our fridge broke, I called them and they answered almost immediately. They sent out our technician Alex the next day and he fixed our fridge. Thank you so much for what you guys do!

I called several times and never heard back, and I also submitted the online form. I eventually found their “same-day” service phone number and scheduled an appointment. That appointment had to be canceled because the service technician was stuck at another job, so I had to call and schedule a second appointment. At the end of that service window, I again received a message saying the technician was double-booked and couldn’t come. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever called me back. When I called again, I was told they would not service our home, but no one could explain why. Overall, this was a very strange and frustrating experience. Canceling twice and then refusing service without explanation was extremely inconsiderate. Especially for someone dealing with not having a washer in large family.

Due to the recent SDG&E power outage, the Damper in my refrigerator malfunctioned thereby preventing it from keeping my food at a safe temperature. Upon calling multiple repair centers, all of which had voice mail systems, I am glad to say that Mike actually picked up the phone to address my problem. Next thing I knew was that Wade would be promptly dispatched to fix the problem. He did. Oh by the way, Wade was extremely professional, competent, and sincere. Overall, what could have been a costly scenario turned out to be a very positive experience, upon which I am providing this unconditional recommendation for the Oceanside Appliance Service Center.

Had a fridge leak for several weeks,that my son tried to troubleshoot. We decided to call a repair place. I found this one that had a phone answering person until 11p! How rare is that? Raphael did a good job setting up the appointment for the next day.. that's great,too! William, the repairman, found my " hard to find" house and was on time. He was professional and answered my many questions. I'd give him 5 stars.🙂 There's a warranty,and all-in-all it was a good experience!

My refrigerator decided to leak on Friday evening about 8 PM. Recognizing I probably wouldn’t get help until the following week I sent emails out to friends nearby asking if they had a reference. A good friend recommended this company and in particular William. I called Saturday morning And had a text I believe later that day setting up an appointment for Monday morning. William texted me on the way arrived within the three hour window that was quoted was extremely efficient very professional and of course parts had to be ordered. two days later, I get a text saying the parts are in to set up the appointment. Today efficiency reliability are not the norm. I was so impressed with this company and I would recommend this particular Technician very highly and I am not one to give good grades, but he deserves A+.

Art came out to help with our noisy dryer. It sounded like something was scraping inside the drum. He opened it up and found a worn-out drum roller and a loose screw stuck in the baffle. Replaced the roller, secured everything, and tested the drum spin. Now it runs smooth and silent. Art was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. He even gave the lint trap a deep clean before he left. Solid guy, great service.

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would! I will always call them first.

Last year we called them and they sent Elon out to repair our dryer-SAME DAY ..and Elon had all the parts he needed to complete the service that day. Totally impressed us. Great service call.

Fast forward 1 year-almost to the day...I called them on a SUNDAY at 1 pm. I expected to leave a message so when someone checked on Monday, they'd call me back first thing.

They answered the phone and they remembered me. They told me someone would be here by 3. Elon came out on SUNDAY before 3pm and fixed our dryer (totally different issue than last year).

The price was fair, the service is always excellent and Elon knows what he's doing.

I was ready to toss our wine cellar because it wouldn’t hold temp anymore. The technician came out, took a look, and found the thermostat was completely shot. He replaced it with a new one and gave it a full tune-up while he was at it. It’s holding perfectly now. Appreciate that they don’t just replace random parts but actually troubleshoot. That’s rare.

Dryer was blowing only cool air, and the laundry room was super humid. The tech said the heating element was gone and there was serious lint buildup in the vent duct. He swapped the element, cleaned the vent, and gave advice on how often to check airflow. The dryer now runs hotter and dries faster, plus I feel safer knowing it’s not a fire hazard anymore.

We were thrilled to have great service of our dryer, during the holidays, by Tony! He came same day , just happened to have the parts ,and was able to fix it that day! What a relief with wet clothes in the washer & guests arriving. Our dryer is working great now. Tony was very thoughtful & professional. Thank you!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

In Cardiff, good techs are hard to find, but this one nailed it. My wine cellar’s compressor was making strange humming sounds and barely cooling. He replaced the faulty relay, cleaned the condenser coils, and tested it for several hours. Now it holds steady temps and runs quiet.

Sal and Elon were great! Scheduling with Sal was a breeze and a repairman Elon was awesome! He replaced my ice maker in my freezer and replaced my water filter too. My fridge is now fully functioning and I couldn’t be happier with my service. I definitely recommend this amazing team :)

My Maytag washing machine would not drain and Oceanside Appliance Service Center was able to send someone the same day. The initial fee was lower than other services. Vito arrived and found the broken pump issue. Both labor and part price were very fair. Pump was installed a few days later. Vito took the time to test and check for leaks before leaving. He was super helpful.

Mark and Sal were very helpful with the initial phone inquiry and follow up. I highly recommend this service and will use them again for appliance repair. Good price, good service, good repair.

Adam came to check out our oven that wouldn’t heat past 200 degrees. He replaced a failing bake element and tested the thermostat. The oven preheats faster than before, and everything is back on track. Really courteous and clearly knew what he was doing.

Wade was excellent in all respects. I am 68, not at all handy, and have owned 6 homes, so I have met my share of appliance technicians. He was a cut above. I'm truly impressed. I read some reviews of various dishwasher repair businesses beforehand, but I still feel lucky. The service call fee was reasonable, the repair thoroughly diagnosed and explained, the price reasonable, and he even gave me a part number so I could perform a simple additional repair he’d recommended. I certainly will call again when in need.

Mike was great with our dishwasher that wouldn’t drain. He replaced the drain pump and cleaned out some nasty buildup from the filter and hose. He ran two test cycles and made sure everything drained completely before leaving. Very thorough!
