Our wine cooler stopped cooling and the lights kept blinking. The tech found the control board was dead. He replaced it, checked the fans, and calibrated the temperature. Everything’s back to normal and my bottles are safe. Didn’t expect same-day repair for something like this, but they pulled it off. Pretty impressive.

I had an LG washing machine that went out last night. Called a couple appliance repair companies. Octagon could make it out quicker and cheaper. Armen showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the clogged pump. He was kind and professional. I have already recommended Octagon to friends and family. Top notch customer service.

Armen is fantastic to work with. He’s prompt, honest and great at what he does. I never write reviews, but in this industry with so many shady companies, I wanted to give credit to an honest one.

I will definitely use Octagon appliance repair again. He answered my call right away. He was there within a couple of hours and he fixed it two days later. We’re also used to people not calling back or overcharging or not showing up on time, but it’s a breath of fresh air when someone stands behind their work, and their word. Arman arrived a few minutes early and worked to find the washer leak problem. Found the problem and has the updated hose pieces for the repair. Did not rush anything. Very friendly and explained everything. Will use him again.

Fantastic service. Armen was patient, knowledgeable, humble and polished. Kitchenaid authorized service came out before him and diagnosed a leak with open-ended pricing on the sealed system of our refrigerator. It didn’t sound right. Armen came and simply recharged the Freon after he determined there was no detectable leak. He charged a modest price and even made a couple of additional quick repairs for no extra charge. We love that fridge and are grateful Armen was able to repair it affordably.

I absolutely recommend Octagon Appliance Repair. I called during the late afternoon. I thought I would have to set up an appointment for a future date. Instead they answered and showed up about 30-40 minutes later. He worked on my old dryer for a little while on Friday evening. He showed me which part was causing the issue. He said he would have to pick it up and promised to be back on Monday to finish. He stuck to his word and was back on Monday. My dryer is now back in working condition. Price for the work was very reasonable. The quick response and turn around was great.

OMG! What an amazing technician. Mr. Arman arrived at the time he promised and got the issue solved with parts that he carries in his vehicle. Labor and parts were reasonable.
