I called him on a Tuesday morning with an emergency on my washer it had completely stopped working and I had clothes trapped inside, he was able to fit me in his schedule same day. Did the diagnostics and quoted us a very reasonable price. He ordered the parts and got my washer fixed the very next day. I highly recommend! I will be keeping his number in my back pocket for any future needs! Thank you Armen!

My GE washing machine stopped working and I pulled 7 error codes. I did my research and based on high ratings, I found Octagon Appliance Repair. I was able to schedule an appointment online. Very easy process! Arman responded quickly and arrived in the morning on time. He diagnosed the issue and repaired the washer. Now it runs as good as new! Arman was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Octagon Appliance Repair!!

He answered all of my questions and took the time to even answer some questions not pertaining to the work he completed for us. He repaired my washing machine the same day & provided valuable input. I arrived back from a family vacation on a Saturday with suitcases full of laundry only to discover that my washing machine was not working. I called 2 appliance repair services who informed me they would not be able to come out until Monday. My third call was placed to Octagon Appliance repair and was connected to Armin. He clearly communicated his schedule for the day and his availability to arrive at my residence. He requested my location, washer model number, and description of issue via text to streamline the process.

He confirmed his arrival 30 minutes prior via text and showed up promptly. He was prepared with tools and parts and after a cordial and friendly introduction had my washer issue diagnosed as a bad/loose/worn belt. It took him another 10 minutes to get the washer opened up and sure enough the belt was worn and had fallen off. He had a replacement belt with him and after another 10 minutes my washer was back up and running!

The cost of Armin’s visit was very reasonable and he included the cost of the service visit into the overall total.

I recently had my dryer repaired by Octagon Appliance Repair and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the moment I reached out, communication was prompt and professional. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained the problem in simple terms.

The repair was done efficiently and at a fair price. He had the part on hand and got everything working again in under an hour. It’s been running perfectly since. On top of that, he was respectful of my home, cleaned up after the job, and was friendly throughout.

I paid $380 for a set of new hinges and the cost to repair my oven door so it would seal properly. After waiting a month plus, the hinges were finally replaced and I thought the door was fixed. It wasn’t. The technician came back out to assess as soon as I reached out but claimed the hinges were faulty and he needed to place a second order. After waiting another month +, I reached out to get a status on the order, but received no reply. I have since texted numerous times and called but no response.

I finally had another appliance repair company technician come take a look and he was able to fix the door within 10 minutes, but of course charged $200.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the fact that I probably didn’t have to replace the hinges in the first place and had to wait almost 3 months to get my oven back in a fully functioning mode due to Octagon’s lack of competence and negligence. Do not use this company!

I cannot say enough good things about this man. Armen quoted me over the phone, came the next day, fixed my dryer in about an hour. Very efficient, reasonably priced and friendly!
I will definitely use him again and I will definitely recommend him 1000 times over!

I wish I could give more than 5 Stars. This man is "one of a kind"! Honest, honorable, efficient, very timely. Truly, nobody like him, in a number of positive ways. His online booking (which he designed) is the easiest I have ever seen. You can not do better than Armen!

This company is very bad at worck prices are very high en they have too come too try to fix my refrigeration and rhey did not fixed and they not return my money

I had an issue with my dishwasher. We went through American Home Shield. The first two technicians couldn’t fix the problem and then they sent A plus appliance to fix it. Initially the owner was very nice on the phone and mentioned they were experts for the brand I had which was Bosch. They sent out the repair man who diagnosed the problem and said he’d need to order the part. Up until this point we had full confidence, but then things turned quickly. There was a snowstorm on the east coast so they told us that the part was delayed due to shipping issues. We understood. But then months went by and nothing. I called both them and American home shield. The owner kept saying that they would call us the next day or soon because they were expecting the part but refused to give us a timeline. Each time American Home shield would call them on my behalf the owner would be very rude and this was documented in their files. I experienced the same thing when I voiced my displeasure but she didn’t seem to care. In the end we never got the part or the dishwasher fixed. I ended up canceling American home shield due to this experience. After reviewing some of the previous comments it all makes more sense what we went through. I would highly recommend avoiding this company

Had a great experience with A Plus Appliance Repair! Tom showed up wearing his Defective hat and went straight to work — he will definitely case down the problem and figure it out fast. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing.

Service was prompt, professional, and the communication from the office was excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated, scheduled quickly, and made the whole process easy.

Highly recommend A Plus Appliance Repair if you want fast service, great communication, and someone who actually fixes the issue the first time!

This company has been by far the worst appliance repair experience I have ever had. Their 1.7 rating on Google already says a lot about their reputation.

My warranty company assigned my work order to them, and they have left me waiting for over a month. During that time, I received one excuse after another about parts arriving and appointment scheduling.

According to one representative I spoke with, the parts arrived over a week ago, yet they still have not been able to schedule the repair. After reading older reviews, I noticed many customers describe the same pattern: delays, misleading information, and no follow-through.

It feels like they only want to come out, spend two minutes inspecting the appliance, collect the service fee, and then disappear without resolving the issue.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Worst experience with an appliance repair center!! Alex doesn't know anything and he just going around stealing from customer because that is all he does by doing improper reports.

Well actually no repair. The rudest people especially Tom calling office to yell at them for not allowing enough time with me. Who wants that guy in your house again. Not me.

This people has no compassion at all, I called to follow up for the schedule repair to find out the time window because my daughter was rush to the hospital but the person on the phone she didn't care! until I stop her and saying she didn't have any compassion at all!!!! She said they are busy!

Service technician was an absolute idiot! To go along with that he told us that the water filter was crappy. After three different filters its still the same.
It was to hard for him to bend down and have a look to see if it is an issue with the mechanism.

On top of that there customer service to address this issue keep saying its not our problem!

I am not sure how this company is still in business. I have been working with Sharron for over a month trying to get my oven repaired. First they took forever ordering the part. Then they ordered the wrong part. Now they won't return my calls or answer the phone.
