Installation was fast and professional. David have explained all nuances and requirements, found a solution to fit water heater in pretty narrow space. After installation all area was clean. 20 stars goes to David as it was pleasure to work with him.

Our water boiler was found leaking and we immediately went to Home Depot for professional service. The company Fast Water Heater Co. that Home Depot arranged for us came on the same day for boiler replacement. The technician David Jackson has great professional experience and knowledge. Not only he explained in details how he would do the job but also listed each item he would install and why they could function well for best of our protection. His work done is neat and excellent in looking and he explained to us how to properly operate and maintain the boiler. We are very happy for the job Fast Water Heater Co. did for us and we particularly appreciate Technician David Jackson for his excellent job and professional knowledge.

The technician at Fast Water Heater company was very honest and very fair. Gave us the complete run down and options for repair without having to replace our water heater. We called another company who wanted to install brand new water heater for $2600 and told us it wasn't worth repairing. We googled a few things on why our tank wasn't working. One said it was a faulty wire. The first company said no and the whole thing had to be replaced.

We called for a second opinion and the technician confirmed the faulty wire, replaced it for $330 and told us all of our options without being pushy, or overbearing. When we eventually have to replace, I am definitely calling them back. Honest and reliable! Highly recommend.

Eric and Giovanni were a great team working well together. Eric kept me informed and discussed water heater any options and steps in entire process including permits. Professional and very knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend Fast Water Heater especially if technicians are like these guys.

1 Star – Unacceptable service and zero responsibility

I had a very bad experience with Fast Water Heater Company.

One of my apartment tenants had an issue with the water heater. It was working poorly, so I contacted the original water heater company, and they referred me to Fast Water Heater Company. Their technician came out, inspected the unit, and said the water heater was bad and needed to be replaced. They installed a “new” water heater and left.

Immediately after they left, the tenant realized there was no hot water at all. The water heater was not working. We tried contacting them multiple times with no response. After two full days, I finally spoke to them and was told that the control board of the brand new water heater is bad and that it will take another week to fix.

This is completely unacceptable. An apartment cannot legally be left without hot water for a week. When I explained this, they said “sorry, we can’t help you.”

It is very clear that either the technician made a mistake during installation and damaged the control board, or they installed a defective unit. Either way, they refused to take responsibility or provide an immediate solution. Leaving tenants without hot water and walking away from the problem is not professional and not fair.

I strongly do not recommend this company. They replace equipment, and when the job is done incorrectly, they disappear and leave you with the problem

100% satisfied. We needed a new hot water installed quickly, and that's exactly what happened. Both the office and field staff were fantastic to deal with--responsive, informative, knowledgeable, efficient, effective. And really nice! 😊 I can highly recommend this business 👍🏼🌟👏🏼

The hot water is on, it feels great :) The tech was good and he did a good job. He was respectful, was good at communicating what was happening, cleaned up well after. He was careful taking the shelves out of the linen closet and putting them back correctly, along w the mops and brooms that hang along the wall. He answered all my questions. He was one of my least stressful repairman interactions I’ve had.

Luis from FWH for Home Depot installed our new water 50 gallon heater. I called Home Depot Saturday morning. I told them the model# of our old water heater and they offered 3 comparable water heaters. I chose the one suitable for us and they scheduled a tech to come the same day. Luis inspected our water and informed us additional parts he has to install like an expansion water tank. Luis was very professional, knowledgeable, tidy, and overall a wonderful person. I’m grateful for his outstanding work and will definitely recommend FWH for any water heater installation, HVAC, and plumbing issues.

They arrived quickly with everything needed to complete the job. Brought us up to code and the installation is flawless. Might have paid a few extra bucks for fast service but no problem with that because they were totally professional and efficient.

Earl my technician was absolutely wonderful! Punctual and professional. He shared each detail to make sure I understood before he began, and he made sure- even though it was raining outside- that he kept my floors clean! Our water heater had a leak...I contacted Fast Water Heater Company through Home Depot's website. They were professional and courteous and kept me informed thought out the process. The technician arrived on time and finished the install within the estimated time. It was easy.

They live up to their name, Fast! My propane water heater failed and I had it replaced with a high efficiency hybrid electric water heater. The service technician came out on a Sunday to access the project and to develop the bid. The following Tuesday I have hot water again. The quality of their workmanship is excellent with no surprises. And I appreciate their integrity, they said what they were going to do and when, and they followed through as expected. There were a couple of additions, but that is to be expected it a replacement of a +10 yr old system. One bonus is being able to use my Home Depot credit card to pay for the entire project with zero interest over 6 months so it's not such a burden to our household budget. I would definitely recommend Fast Water Heater to anyone that wants a quality, professional, water heater replacement.

The installer was excellent. Knew his business. Explained all the code upgrades he needed to make and installed the water heater with minimum hassle. I do not know if the price was reasonable. It was not outrageous, so I agreed to have the job done then and there. I do not regret it as he completed the task with no hassle. He was extremely polite and obviously competent.

Trever was awesome. He first called me 30 minutes before arriving to say he was on is way. When he got here, he quickly went over everything he needed to do to bring everything to code. He said it would take around 2 to 2.5 hours and he completed it in 2 hours. And that included running to pipes that we initially didnt have installed to direct any overflow out. He did an amazing job and was quick with everything. I would definitely refer Trever to anyone looking for a water installation! Thanks Trever!

We had our water heater replaced today, and Earl Williams did a great job. He made sure we understood every step of the process and explained why the water heater was being replaced the way it was. He took his time to make sure everything was working properly and also did an excellent job cleaning up after himself. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for quality work.

In my initial call with them, they asked me to place the order and call back after delivery to schedule the installation. When I called back, I was able to get the installation scheduled for the next day. The technicians were very professional and explained the whole process before they got started.
