David Jackson helped with my water heater replacement. He did a great job explaining everything clearly, providing honest suggestions, and finishing the job clean. Great customer service.

Quentin came out and provided great service and very knowledgeable when I asked him questions about my unit. He even provided some really good tips on maintenance as he worked! He also setup to ensure there wouldn’t be damage or debris in and around the work area, and cleaned up well and efficiently post-work.

Also appreciate the succinct help I got from Steve from customer service! The bots that answered my calls would route me back and forth and also put me on hold for quite a while.

From my experience, “Fast Water Heater” company holds customer satisfaction in high regard. It is a company that I can trust! Technician “James”, who completed my water heater installation, was profoundly skilled at his technical abilities. I am so relieved now that I retired my 12 year old water heater before its life expectancy expired. The manner of installation was no less than artistic, in my opinion, as the photo below illustrates.

Professional service from the first call...to Sales to service providing installation of new water heater tank! Luis Garcia was professional and on time, knowledgeable and explained everything giving all the information necessary. He completed the job within the time promised. Everything was clean and organized. I would recommend the company and Luis 100 percent! At this point I am a very satisfied customer!!

Great service. I went to Home Depot Sunday and worker gave me a card from display to call to this service. They called Sunday afternoon. Person was very nice and informative. Got a text Sunday that they would be a text 30 minutes before arrival between 9am and noon. Got a text 8:30 that Trevor was on his way. I would hire him again and recommend him to family and friends. He was very kind, professional and hard working. Replaced my water heater and set it to code and answered all my questions . Was a bit expensive. Code issues increased price quite a bit.

David Jackson was our technician and installer, and he was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, personable, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. He thoroughly went over the water heater’s functions and made sure we understood everything before he left.
I truly appreciated David’s knowledge, honesty, and transparency throughout the entire service. He also took the time to explain other plumbing services his company offers, which was very helpful.

William and his team were amazing. They showed up right at the start of the appointment and consulted me through tank options. The original tank I had picked out didn’t match the old plumbing infrastructure of the house but thankfully William had other tanks on the truck that worked for my setup. He completed the work same day and got me up and running quickly. He even called to check and make sure everything was working properly after he’d left. 5 stars ⭐️

Really fast response time. Installation happened early the next day including an upgraded water heater recommended by Quentin, our technician. Quentin was great! Very knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. He is a valuable asset to your team and I hope he is compensated accordingly. Seriously, give the man a raise. Excellent service but more importantly Jonathan really took care of me. He treated me like I was part of his family. They were fully booked but found it in their heart to go out of their way to make it to me in the same day. They charged me less than half of what another plumber charged me and the other plumber did less than what Jonathan did. Overall he’s the plumber I’ve been looking for, and they now have a lifetime client.

We had Zach out at our house today and he was awesome. We've been dealing with an ongoing clog in our line. With (4) kids ages 5 and under we experience many of these scenarios with toys/items going down without us looking. This time around has been quite a lot of work to figure out. Avalon has been patiently and consistently working through the jam in our line. They used great technology by sticking a camera down to show me in real time what's going on. They went above and beyond to get into my crawl space to ensure what the pathway of piping looked like so that way the resolution was thoroughly examined before "opening things up". 5 stars all around! Keep up the great work.

I’ve called on a few different plumbers this past year, none of them quite hit the mark. I think I’ve finally found my forever plumbers. Communication was clear, appointments were kept and best of all Evan, who was assigned to us, was knowledgeable, personable, straightforward, did the job swiftly and did not rip us off by suggesting replacements we didn’t need. We called with the expectation that we would be without water for several days because of a valve blow-out -- but Avalon was able to squeeze us in and the repair was done within hours, competently, and at a reasonable price. Thank you, Avalon Services! They are indeed our once and future plumbers!

Avalon Services provided a quick response professional team to deal with a plumbing problem. They diagnosed the issue remotely (phone call and pictures), brought the right parts, and handled it quickly and professionally. Two things really stood out for me: They practiced social distancing/masking/cleaning excellently, and they explained all the options very clearly. I definitely recommend them!

Avalon was fantastic to work with! Their communication was professional, timely and knowledgeable. The technician, Evan was very nice, did a great job way quicker than expected & suggested another fix that he noticed (which I appreciated) but didn’t push an up sell. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be calling again if I have any other plumbing needs.
