Callrd to make an appt to get my washing macjine fixed. He asked me what i had and i said a Whirlpool Cabrio and the spin dry cycle easnt working. He said to text me my location info and a picture of my washer, why I don't know. I verified his mumber for the text. I took the pic, set it up and sent text. HE BLOCKED ME. I called the mumber and yes I was blocked. He didn't have the decency to say he wouldn't fix my washer, HE BLOCKED ME.

Fast and friendly replaced my old dryer with a rebuild within 2 hours . No charge for haul away and the dryer worked great ! I would recommend them to anybody.

Luckily I found Jerry"s Appliance few years back. Jerry has come and fixed my appliances promptly and professionally. He is so honest, very knowledgeable, which is rare to find a appliance repair guy to truthfully tell you exactly the problem and fix at a extremely reasonable price. Last time he came and fixed my washer, my husband was sick , and left, told my husband ( who is passed ) "its ok pay me when you can"😇I forgot to pay .. I called Jerry for washer and dryer repair this am, he still came and fixed them for a very reasonable price! What a angel on earth!!! I Highly recommend him and will never call anyone else for my appliances😁👍

My dryer broke a day before a 3 day weekend I was expecting not to get it fix until after the holiday and I contacted him on on Thursday evening and by noon on Friday my dryer was up and running.. I highly recommend Jerry and he is very very reasonable and very professional.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. He came to fix my refrigerator said it was the compressor. Got it replaced then a few days later my refrigerator starts sparking and shorting out. I call him he comes to recheck it. Says everything is fine leave it for 16 to 24 hrs to get cold . Called him again today tells me it's my computer now. Without looking at the refrigerator. Then I tell him that's what was shorting out and sparking. That he did not install something properly. Tells me I'm wrong he did nothing wrong. And tells me I'm out of my money. That it's not his fault. My refrigerator was shorting out after he did the repair. Very unprofessional poor customer service. Wasted 900 dollars for nothing. This guy Jerry does not know what he is doing.

I just lease a condo and it came with a washer and dryer the fist time I use the washer I notice a small leak and a lot of Corrosion at the bottom of the washer. When it was time to use the dryer the door sensor was broken from the Previous tenants.

The tech was five minutes early, with covid going I was really glad to see him wearing a mask 😷.He explain in full detail what the problem was and how he was going to fix and how long he will be . Once finish gave me rundown what he did and how I can prevent it from Happening again. It’s hard to find Good quality professional service and when you do you must Acknowledge their work.

Fridge stopped working and I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. I googled appliances repair near me and immediately found and called Jerry. He talked to me at 8pm and was here at 8am to diagnose the issue. Immediately he found the problem and gave me a really good deal. His technician fixed it the same morning. I paid $250 for the whole thing (thru Zelle). His diagnosing was only $35 which was included in the total. Very professional and helpful team. Could not be happier. They fix everything from appliances to water filters, A/C units. Ps. Middle of the of pandemic the last thing I wanted was people in my house. They wore masks and were very accommodating and understanding.

Update
Now August 2022, my A/C which I seldom use stopped working. I cannot tell you how happy I felt to be able to text Jerry. Appliances broken down is an inconvenience at so many levels but having your go to guy for ALL appliances and AC is beyond a blessing! As always he managed to come the same day. Easily and effortlessly, diagnosed and fixed the issue himself. Professional and very reasonable pricing.

Quick to respond aaand quick to service! They came to fix my washer and it needed a full tune up so they loaded it into their van and took my washer to their shop for service. We were told it’d be ready the very next day and to my surprise they brought it back first thing in the morning looking and working brand new!!!! I wish I got before and after pictures!!!

Jerry is the best. He was very responsive and professional and provide detail information about the issue we had with our AC unit. He saved us a lot of money and gave us multiple options that fit us best. We’re in a middle of a heatwave and for the first time in 2 years we have a fully functioning AC unit. Thanks a lot !!!

Just by chance, I was driving behind the van headed home to swelter another night. Called the number, left a message, and he came to the house that evening. Fixed our A/C before sundown. Gave honest advice, price was fair, and he was super professional and friendly. Very much appreciated!!
