Another shout out to Eli and his team for the amazing install work, the windows look amazing and the workmanship really shows.

Sales person was very nice but a little inexperienced. A couple of “Oh, I forgot to add that’s” that made me wince and reconsider, but in the end the sales process went ok.

Worked with Alec today he was an excellent kiddo! Getting a new heater and paint on my home thanks to him!

We have been working with Christian to buy new windows. He is absolutely amazing. A genuinely good guy, and I had no intention of buying windows from him, today, if at all. We have a very tight budget, (household yearly income under 75k) and I was certain no price he could offer me would work. At the end of the day, he sold me on 7 new custom, top of the line windows, and for a price that took my breath away. If you want high quality, dual pane, argon filled windows that will last longer than your mortgage, and at a price you DESERVE... use these guy. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

CAT Exteriors has provided one of the best pre-work experiences ever. We scheduled an appointment with Paul to come to our home and discuss HVAC work for our older home. Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced.

While my husband and I were hesitant about proceeding with such a costly upgrade for our home, Paul and the CAT team helped us tremendously with understanding the process, financing options and helped us feel overall comfortable with our decision.

They installed some windows for a house I rent. They DESTROYED the sage bush outside. During installation they just put their ladders straight on the bush. When confronted they just shrugged it off and said “What are you gona do”. They still have not even offered to remedy this issue. The sage bush is destroyed. I would shop around before picking these guys, there were ways around this, they just didn’t care to think about it.

They said they did not do anything wrong and they will not help to remedy the situation. Sorry not sorry.

These guys will take your money, do sub par work and then when you have issues they start blaming everyone but themselves.

I found Alec to be very informative and easy to talk to. I get the impression that he loves his job and was able to explain everything I needed too know about the AC and about the windows he offers.

Waste of time. If I could give them a negative review I would. It all started when they tried to sell me a 60K roof which they told me financing would work and it didnt. They told me I needed a new roof. After several months I got a roof inspection from another company and they told me I didnt need a new roof right now. Then they got me to have them install a patio outside and I didnt want to I said that I wanted to think about it and the guy wouldnt take no for an answer. I told him that I didnt have my checkbook and they ended up following me to les person promised a pie from Ricks desert and never fullfill it. I wasnt allowed to disclose the amount they charge and now I know why. I felt forced to sign the contract and was under duress. Salesman would leave my house until I said yes. Then after I cancelled it the called me and was being really pushy and I ended up hanging up. Couldnt get refund back which Im planning to sue them for because i was under duress to sign the contract. Dont use them unless your willing to spend over 10k for any projects.

Great experience with A.J. We discussed all the details with windows and how my windows upgraded would provide numerous benefits especially with him and his team/CAT.

John from CAT exteriors was very good at what he was doing in educating me and getting me 2 new patio doors. John was very patient and kind and he knew exactly what he was doing. Can’t wait until my 2 new Anlin patio doors are up.
