I had the pleasure of meeting with John and Chalmer today regarding a custom patio shade cover for my backyard, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience so far. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in what I envisioned for my outdoor space.

What really stood out was how clearly they explained every detail — from design options and materials to functionality and long-term value. They took the time to listen closely to all my questions, wants, and concerns, and made sure I felt heard every step of the way. Instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all solution, they helped guide me to choices that were tailored exactly to my needs and budget.

Their knowledge, patience, and positive energy made the entire consultation not only easy, but enjoyable. If the rest of the project goes as smoothly as this first step, I’m confident I’ll be thrilled with the final result!

Alec did a most outstanding job of customer service I've seen in many years. I know because I was once a sales person myself. He must have read the same book as I did, "Knock your socks off customer service ".

Very disappointed. Despite the high ratings here, they have been incredibly unreliable and failed to show up as promised multiple times. I understand that things happen, but this has been a consistent issue since last year. I’ve dealt with multiple disorganized calls from their team and had "confirmed appointments," yet they still can’t manage a basic schedule. Save yourself the headache.

John Peavy was the sales representative and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. He was patient and took his time explaining the benefits of the new windows. He showed us the rough shape of our old ones as well and did a great demo of all the parts that are included with the new ones.
We really appreciated the time he spent.

I just got my windows upgraded, and they did such an amazing job, I can no longer hear street noise and they added such beauty and curb appeal to my home. Looking forward to saving money this summer and winter on my SMUD bill. Amazing customer service and very responsive.

My experience with CAT Exrerios has been phenomenal. From meeting and speaking to Peter, to chris taking control of the project, to the install team and how efficient they installed these beautiful windows. They left my home clean and I am very happy with all the efforts put into my home. Chris came by. Checked out the install, and now I have an appointment to start our next project together, which will be a new patio.

AJ came through the door with a bubbling personality, explained in detail of what Cat represents, gave an great demo on the windows and a break down on how the windows help to keep the sun out and the head inside, the entire experience was great was able to learn something new. AJ customer service is over the top ,thank him for the great experience.

John pulled everything together for me and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed, and I feel very blessed that I got him.

Nick and his Family installed my patio cover. I cant think him enough for the professional job they all did paying close attention to details. He went far beyond my expectations to customize many improvements. Can't think him enough. Great work.

AJ came out today and visited us as we have been contemplating replacing windows in our 40 year old home. We have the original aluminum windows and patio door. We decided to put our trust in him and CAT Exteriors and purchased the first set of replacement windows and patio door. He is energetic nice and seems like a all-round trustworthy guy. His product demonstration was excellent and made me realize how efficient these windows will be on my home.
