I called and made an appointment to get an estimate for a roof replacement. I was told someone named Cody would be here on Monday, July 17, between 10-11 am. At 11:30 on Monday, I got a call that they were canceling my appointment because they did not service Auburn. I thought that was strange, since their website says they serve Placer County. I wouldn't have hired them anyway. They could have called days ago to tell me they weren't coming.

As a homeowner, I am very wary of roofing contractors. I have had so many bad experiences with these people in the past, so when my home insurance company recommended Citywide Roofing to me I was hesitant to say the least. However, after doing some digging into the company and speaking with them on the phone, I realized they were very professional and honest when answering my questions. Their prices were much more reasonable than any of the other quotes I had gotten from roofing contractors. My experience with Citywide Roofing has been nothing but a good one and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest roofing contractor in Oakland!

Found Citywide on social media and I sent them my information within an hour I had an appointment set up and two hours later I had Leron at my house! He inspected my roof and showed me where my leaks were coming from. Leron was very thorough and was able to explain the benefits of replacing my roof instead of patching it. I had a new roof installed within two weeks. Leron told me that the roof would help with reflecting the sun and in this nasty heat I can feel the difference. I have recommended Citywide to all my friends and family and am happy to find a company that didn’t pressure me and explained everything to me the right way!

I hired AVI from Citywide Roofing he did an amazing job replacing my roof! The team he had used was professional, fast, and efficient. Brent and his team at Citywide completed a full backyard landscaping project at our home. The process from start to finish has been handled professionally, with care. The results are excellent. I want to call out the craftsmanship and professionalism of his crew, especially Alex and Angelo. These experienced crew members took great pride in their work and it shows.

Our primary residence was built in the 1930’s. The HVAC system and furnace that were still running had been installed in the 1970’s.

Citywide Roofing and Remodeling removed the old HVAC system and furnace and installed new ones. They worked smoothly and efficiently over a day and a half. Both systems work exceptionally well.

Jake was outstanding in following up with our requests, questions, and needs that made a difference in our comfort level in purchasing our new roof and using Yancy. More to come. Oh ya and a big thanks to Tom for his immediate response to us.

Yancey Home Improvements has completed 2 projects since I bought this home; first, solar panels 5 years ago; and last month, replacing original sideing and painting the exterior of my home. Both projects went easily, and feel successfull. And the value to my home has been maintained and even increased. It looks great!
