Carlos is amazing! We had a shady installer that caused damage to our home with our new air conditioning system. When Carlos arrived on scene, I was defensive, frustrated and a little paranoid about COVID-19. He donned his mask, social distanced, and also took the time to explain separately the issues that our installer wouldn't explain to me and turned it into a wonderful experience.

Originally Lee stated they would meet or beat any quote and requested I forward our first bid to them. One week later I received a call from Joye, was optimistic, but the bid came in at 4k more and did not include gutters like the previous quote. Unfortunately they wasted a week of our time for no reason.

Company went above and beyond working with me to get the roof done in a timely manner, despite numerous storms, and my schedule. They were very flexible and accommodating. I have recommended to several others.

Well how do I start took over 10 months to get 7 windows and a silder in, they had to change bathroom window 3 times, they had to send out workers repeatedly, they would fix one thing and mess something else up in the end, I said ill finish the trim work myself. My windows are overall nice, worked out something in the end.

I had fantastic expiriance getting new roof and 13 windows installed by citywide and I would recommend to give them a call to get free estimate before signing with any other company.
