These guys are friendly. I pull up and they announce it on the intercom. Next thing I know someones driving a forklift to my truck before I can even grab the paperwork and put my mask on.

Because of my job I come here often I always have good customer service and I always find what I'm looking for here the staff is very knowledgeable and they work together to keep the customer happy

Per previous reviews, they serve pros and contractors (they're wholesale distributors), but will help the novice. They carry the HVAC filter size I need, which is not available at Home Depot or other local store. They are tucked away in a non-descript biz park that backs up to the nearby park. Not evident when you're driving down old country road. Check map before driving..

Excellent service, they are very customer friendly and always have what I need for my gutter installations.

The team here is friendly and patient, even with a little-old-homeowner who knows jack about serious HVAC ish. I know enough to be dangerous and the staff steered me right. In addition, their inventory contained all of the items I needed - not an easy feat when you consider all of the disruptions you hear about everywhere.

Been coming here for 5 years. One of the few places that will sell to the public. Owner is nice and very knowledgeable.

The first time I came here, the guys acted confused and didn’t wanna help me. Apparently they don’t help customers who aren’t contractors because we don’t know how to request stock. I don’t, but I had a list of items with pictures. They eventually helped me. Went back to return a few things we didn’t end up needing and the guy, Chad, was okay. Just went back maybe 3 weeks later for the third time to get some more items - the same items I returned in fact - Chad acted like he had no idea who I was and what I was talking about. Fine, whatever, there are a lot of people who come here, as he kindly reminded me. I am a muslim woman in a hijab. There are not many contractors that look like me. I don’t care how many Johns and Mikes come to your store, you remembered me and didn’t wanna help 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

I don't buy all that much here, I'm just filling in stuff for occasional work in that area. If I did more I would get an account, which is my only reason for 4/5 stars.

I understand cash sales are extra work, but it at least you get paid. It doesn't have to be an issue for me. I'm not complaining about the cost.

Seen that one Star review it's laughable I go there all the time and don't expect them to remember what I returned days before and expect them to rember what it was run in the back and find it for me! they serve a ton of people but she wants to act like a victim . They are busy, patient , respectful, friendly, very customer service oriented to everyone I see come through the door whether they be novice or pro if you can tell them the name of the product or have to draw them pictures (which I have done) they take very good care of every body.

I was looking for a HVAC Supply House for a large project I'm working on. Mainly nonmachanical, but still needed some HVAC supplies, for my Sub. This supply house has been a Blessing! Luckily I started working with Chad from the beginning, down to earth guy who is super helpful! The whole crew is helping, but Chad's the man! I'm glad I found them, and wish them great success

The reviews that say they will help non-contractors DYI people are wrong. I went in with specific part numbers for an inducer motor but the guy said it’s not worth their time to look anything up. So will buy it online from an out of state supplier instead of supporting a local business.

Great supplier and friendly, helpful staff. If you know what you want, they'll help you find it. As others have said, it's primarily a trade distributor, but they also support knowledgeable homeowners. Don't go first thing in the morning -all the tradespeople are picking up their supplies for the day and the staff won't have much time to help.
Their solid ductwork and fittings are much, much, much higher quality than at the big orange store down the street. And their pricing is very reasonable and competitive.

I'm just a handy guy who fixes his own stuff and they've helped me out of a jam on a few occasions. They will absolutely help DIYers get parts...IF you do some research before you go there and act like you belong there. That means knowing the model number of whatever you're trying to repair and ideally the mfr part number. If you're looking for a capacitor for your AC, give them the capacitor's spec (and buy a spare!).

This place has very bad customer service. You ask about a product and they say they need a contractor's license to give you the information.

One of the rudest places. I was calling to check for parts availability as a homeowner, the guy answering just hang up on me saying they only sale parts to license plumbers. I didn't get the chance to explain that I would tell my plumber to pickup the part for me.

We were pleased with our HVAC upgrade from Degree HVAC. They gave us more complete advice than the other company that bid on the job, which helped us choose the right options for improving filtration for virus and smoke particles.

This is our second time using Degree. Our AC died on a Sunday morning. I called and left a message. They called me back Monday morning, scheduled the repair for a three hour window, arrived one hour into the window, and had the problem fixed in an hour with a part that they had on the truck. I will definitely use them again.
