A/C not working. Tech came out next day. On time, very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He had part needed to be replaced in his car....huge timesaver (equals money saved). They are not the cheapest around NOR the most expensive. I am totally OK with what they charged. I highly recommend this service.

Degree Hvac was the first company who left us with a plan to actually fix our problem without cutting a hole in our ceiling. Santiago was super professional, easy to work with and looked into every possible way to get our AC/heat working again. Also worth mentioning that no other company had even noticed out AC was out of coolant! Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone - super professional and they get the job done.

Excellent work. Very knowledgeable craftsman who diagnosed our heating problem and came up with a perfect solution. Our water heaters were leaking and we will replace old 30 year water heaters with new technology Rinnai tankless unit. Impressive skill and knowledge.

The service provided by Mano was exceptional. He diagnosed our furnace problem, when no one else had been able to do so. He also helped me with a complicated thermostat problem. I heartily recommend him.

Degree saved the day for my gas furnace that was not igniting. Gave me a same day appointment. Their tecnician checked out the whole system, diagnosed the problem as a defective gas valve, and had a replacement valve with him that he installed. I highly recommend Degree, and will call them again if the need arises.

For a routine, overdue inspection, they checked CO at every floor register. They ran numerous trial runs to assess HVAC functionality. They isolated the faulty motor but got it to temporarily keep going until replacement arrives. They included the outdoor AC unit in their inspection. We started using them in 2003 and will continue, but in a more timely way.

My whole experience with Degree from start to finish was professional, responsive, reliable, and efficient. The technician, Santiago, was on time, pleasant to work with, and removed my old AC unit quickly. I recommend them highly.

My furnace had some problems and I called Degree HVAC to repair it. The tech arrived in a timely fashion and found the problem and repaired it. He also checked to make sure all the functions on the furnace worked. He even wore Shoe covers in my house. I highly recommend Degree HVAC for your furnace repair needs.

Mano did a great job of servicing our furnace and flushing our hot water heater. Importantly, he helped us discover a problem with our pressure control valve that we didn't know we had. His work was very impressive.

We had a non-working relatively new hi-tech water heater. They dispatched a service person on his way home near us the same day to deal with the issue. Hesh diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. As a bonus hesh was also a furnace tech and did a long postponed checkup on the same call. I had requested both on my call about the water heater. Note on Value: I have had my fill of bad experiences with “value” plumbers and called a known professional service. I didn’t shop for value.

Mano, the Degree technician was great. I had a 10-12 appointment, there was a cancellation and he was able to come by early which preserves my day. Degree HVAC services are expensive but I am pleased with the service and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Mano knows his work very well. He fixed everything while giving explanation that helps me understand more about HVAC in general. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and gave recommendations for smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. I can't be happier knowing that my home is in good hands. Great communication, thorough work and was able to add indoor service to originally scheduled chemical clean for the AC units. Very happy! Recently replaced one of the furnaces. The guys were fantastic! Thank you so much!

Very good service form Omar. He did a nice job troubleshooting. Was easy to work with. On time, efficient, professional.

My only negative feeback was price. It cost $525 to service the AC which included a charge of 2 lbs of coolant. R22 was priced at $80/lb which I assume is the going rate but I am going to buy my own personal 30 lb. bottle for $300 to have on hand as insurance. Since I have 2 AC systems which use this chemical.

Repair people were excellent: friendly, communicative, easily sharing details on repair! I also appreciated how hard the staff worked to change our appointment to allow for a medical appointment! Would definitely use Degree again!

Mano, the technician arrived early and had mask, gloves, and booties for his shoes. He was friendly, efficient, and explained everything. I do not do well in heat, so having it taken care of so soon after breaking down, was wonderful!
