We are absolutely thrilled with the work Coastal Renovations did on our Master bedroom w/bathroom, Kitchen cabinetry and helped us expand our home by building a much needed extra room! Their team was incredibly professional, meticulous with details, and always kept us informed throughout the process. The quality of craftsmanship is top-notch, and they managed to complete the project on time and within budget. Jose was wonderful! I had a very odd problem related to the duct above my oven being off center (this requiring the installation of a huge hood that didn't fit our space well). I was pretty stressed about the cost and amount of work involved. Jose put our minds at ease immediately and fixed the problem with ease. He moved the duct, repaired the drywall, and even used my existing leftover paint afterwards (made it look better than i did ha). Its so hard to find good people to do good work like this and I feel fortunate to have "found" Jose (my neighbor recommended him highly). He was also easy to communicate with on scheduling, very personable and kind, and went the extra mile with every step of the job! Would definitely recommend Jose!

I was referred to Coastal by a friend for can lighting installation , drywall repair, paint..etc. in the kitchen. Jose was very responsive and gave me a good price. He and Sam demo'd the old ceiling fans and lights and Sam did the electrical. He did good work and was very polite. Then Jose followed up with the drywall repairs and paint. Jose did excellent work, was polite and communicative and cleaned up after the job. My dog even liked him which made it easier on everyone...and I like he's in the San Carlos area. I'll be using him again in the future.

Jose did a fabulous job on my commercial patio floor refresh!! After many years of paint inevitably chipping off the concrete, we did a grind of the surface to remove the paint, patching all the cracks and dips to even things out and my favorite part- the stain and seal!! It looks fresh while showing some character / history of the previous existing concrete. I am so pleasantly surprised by the stain!! I didn't know we could do that but he was inspired by another job he did recently. It is a warm sepia tone. I love the color and I am so happy not to deal with paint chipping ever again!! He always left the place clean and worked hours that accommodate my business.

After dealing with leaks and getting the runaround from other contractors, Logos Construction really came through for us. They inspected quickly, gave an honest quote, and got our reroof scheduled right away. They showed up on time everyday and the cleanup was impressive. The final result looked great, I’m very happy with their work. If you need a reroof done properly, call them.

Really happy with the work Logos did. The quality was excellent and you can tell they take pride in their work. They installed 5 new exterior windows, upgrading us from single-pane to double-pane, and it made a noticeable difference, our home stays cooler and the AC runs less, which has helped lower our utility bill.

They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was done, leaving everything neat and organized. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience with Senko Construction from start to finish. Communication was clear, they stayed on schedule, and the final result exceeded expectations. Everything was done neatly and with attention to detail. It was smooth and hassle-free the whole way through—would absolutely hire them again.

After 2 years with working with other contractors, Dan found the source of the leaks in my ADU and was able to resolve the issue. He and his team had to perform the work on my neighbor’s property and she was happy with how respectful they were of her yard. They completed the work sooner than the estimate. Overall great job! Also kudos to Francisco and h his team.

Everything from meeting with Dave Eaton to discuss the job and having Thomas and his crew completing it in four days was professional and easy. I was so impressed with how prompt, diligent and meticulous the work was completed by the crew. The finished product is beautiful and amazing! I would highly recommend this company. You would be hiring skilled, competent and talented workers. As a bonus, they are also extremely nice.

Ground up recently repaired and replaced a balcony on the back of our home and it was so refreshing to work with a contractor who was on time (or early), very communicative, straightforward, and followed through on everything we discussed. The quote provided was the fastest of all that we received and it was highly detailed with no ambiguity. Despite many additional issues uncovered as work progressed, Dan worked with us on options and we managed to stay true to the original quote, with the only modifications being due to our requests. I highly recommend Ground Up for waterproofing and deck work and would suggest anyone include them in while getting bids for work.

His workers were extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly with high quality. Every step was explained to us, we took pictures, and they finished sooner than expected, which is extremely rare with contractors. Can't recommend them enough.
