This company is superior to all others in our opinion. The owner, Ben, was super to work with, he answered all our questions so well, we were so satisfied, we went with them. The crew of Lorenzo and his hand picked helpers were delightful to work with. His skill is unmatched.Loranzo is an artist and a truly a fine human being. Dave, the manufactures rep and son of the creator of this terrific system was another person whose professionalism just stood out. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. They are not the least expensive but the price is well worth it. Their warranty is the best in the business. Give them a call.

I worked with Dan on rebuilding a balcony that was leaking in to the room below it. Dan is very responsive and professional. He is always available to answer questions and follows up to make sure thing are done to high standards. In our project, we ran in to some unexpected complications, the balcony had been "repaired" in the past which meant the crew had to demolish 2 inches of concrete, the floor joists below were water damaged, and balcony door thresholds were damaged. Dan took care of all these issues without any hesitation and without trying to jack up the price.

After searching for the perfect roofing company that doesn’t play price games I found one. I have nothing but good things to say about the people working in this company. Highly recommend. We did our reseach and had many bids. Dan reached out to us via next door app cause we were looking for a new roof. Dans bid was not the cheapest bid we had but Dan had a good vibe. Dan was respectable and kind from the time he arrived at our house with a bid until the time his company finished the job and they moved on. The crew was prompt and worked super fast. They removed our solar(solar company costed SOOOO much more) , demoed old roof, install new shingles and vents. Reinstalled solar all with 4-5 days. As a blue collar (commercial electrical) foreman myself, I know good work when I see it. Hunter (supervisor) was polite and respectful. The roof looks amazing and the solar looks better the way they install it. I'm glad I went with ground up. Worth it for the quality and honesty big time.

The liaisons/project managers Dan and Hunter were very professional and courteous to us. They have excellent technical knowledge and it is apparent they care about doing quality work. Never felt any bad vibes during the entire process coordinating with them. Through the duration of the project they were also communicative and responsive to our needs. We thought the price was fair. Work was completed quickly. In summary, our household would be comfortable hiring them again on future roofing needs.
