KH is well stocked with plumbing supplies I needed. In addition, it's the only place in the city where I can pickup PEX A (AquaPex), expansion rings and fittings.

Started going here because I was tired of ace on Toland, now these guys are the same. Rude, not helpful, I just don't feel right giving my money to people that make me feel like they're doing me a favor for taking it. This is after spending a lot of money there BTW. Luckily I survived Bayshore plumbing and electric around the corner, those guys have been nice and helpful every time. I taking my money there!

They actually have a great group of sales guys that magically make hard to find things appear and I did try to buy more from them. However their delivery guy refuses to make a delivery to us. I just found this out today and I'm disappointed. He can't remember which door we are at and he thinks I'm rude. So, now we won't buy from them as much anymore, because the delivery driver who delivers with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth thinks I'm rude.

I had my shower faucet break where I couldn’t turn off the water unless I turned off the water to the whole house. Brandon responded after hours and was at my house within 20 minutes. Problem fixed within the hour. Excellent service and quality work!

It's 2025 and this clown wouldn't talk to me until I put a mask on?!?!? Rude, but I needed a hard to find part. The guy gave me wrong information and sent me away...
Luckily I found another shop on my way home and they were great!
I will never return to KH.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. While this company has never done work for me, they never will. This driver was rude, just had to cut into a line of traffic and then must have been driving distracted as he couldn't keep it between the lines.
Company logos are a double edged sword when you have rude drivers in the driver's seat.

This letter was written to the owner.

To Whom This May Concern,

Effective immediately we will no longer be doing business with K&H or any of its affiliates. Please close our account and send a final invoice. We will no longer pay any invoice sent after the close of business 10/29/2025.

On October 29th 2025 Our service manager entered your facility to purchase a few small things. He inadvertently left his wallet there. When he returned he was pleasantly surprised that someone had turned it in but was disappointed to find that the money in his wallet was missing. He kindly asked you to roll back the cameras and during that viewing found your driver picked up the wallet, walked off camera, and then returned the wallet. Although we can not prove that the driver stole the money, there is enough circumstantial evidence to show that he did. Your response to this matter was appalling. We were told "There was nothing you could do".
We are a community member with you in the Hunters Point area and patronize you regularly. I personally spent $1000 there last Friday in an effort to support small local businesses. It seems our values do not align and you don't value our business. Therefore, we will no longer be using your warehouse for supplies. Any Larratt Bros Employee found shopping here for work or personal will be reprimanded appropriately. Furthermore, I would urge you to help us spread the word by giving them a one-star review on Google and tell your friends in the industry about this experience.

K&H does not value their customers and can't be trusted.
