He were professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently, and he took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms. I also appreciated how clean and tidy they left the work area. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs

I have used O’Grady plumbing a few times and every experience with them has been fantastic! They are professional, prompt and efficient. They take care of the problem I had and do it in a timely manner. I have had Matteo come out on a couple of the calls and he is the best! They are my go to plumbers when I need one. O'Grady has been my "go to" plumber(s) for years. Great employees. Great service.
Matteo came and capped an old gas line for me today. It was in a very inaccessible spot but he came up with an ingenious way to get the plug in the pipe .

We came home to a leaky kitchen pipe. O’Grady was recommended by a neighbor. An O’Grady plumber was here when promised, two hours after we called. Edy wasted no time on the repair and left the area very clean. I’ve used other plumbers and O’Grady is the one I will call going forward.

O'Grady always comes promptly and always fixes my plumbing problems the first time. Expertise, courtesy, cleanliness maintained in the worst possible conditions...they give me confidence that problems are understood and will be corrected.

Very satisfied. Next-day appointment, arrived early in predicted time window. Jake was efficient and pleasant, quoted basic price up front after viewing backed-up basement drain in front. Sure enough, roots from old junipers. O'Grady had all the right stuff. Jake snaked all the way to back of house with visual, so "bonus" is report that general condition of drain is OK. Thanks!

Unbelievable assistance to a mystery matter which O'Grady resolved seamlessly! I actually had another plumbing co. do work prior and they left behind a matter, called them for follow up and they never responded. Contacted O'Grady for help and they were willing to assess the prior work. They did so in a professional and diligent manner. Asking all the right questions to execute the job and resolved the mystery of the other company's negligence. They were totally on top of scheduling, confirming appointment via text and email to update service arrival status...AMAZING! Very professional. I'm so impressed! I'm pretty picky and usually don't review, but I was beyond grateful for O'Grady's willingness to help out. Call them! They're for real!

Called at 1pm and they were out within 90 mins. I highly recommend this company. From their office staff to the technician that completed the work. They both were friendly and kept me up to date on progress with texts and pics (my choice as i was not on site). The tech found the issue and corrected it. 10 out 10 in my book. We will most definitely call again if the need arises.

Only issue we had was getting bill emailed to us. We requested it at least 3 times - 2 different email addresses & finally got it almost a month later.

The whole team is terrific - plumbers, office staff - honest and trustworthy. I have been appreciating their work for 21 years.

Basilio (ab plumbing) showed up ON TIME! Pow the kitchen sink was fixed in 30 minutes. He even offered an easy solution (filling up the kitchen sink once a month with really hot water and then running the garbage disposal). Hopefully, this will prevent further problems! :) Thanks Basilio!
