2023 New Project Review: We had O'Grady out to fix a leaking sewer pipe and they completed the project on budget and on time. The quality of the work is amazing and there were no corners cut. They are kind and professional. They may not be the least expensive, but their work will last and stand the test of time.

2015: It was a BIG project to deal with water intrusion into our house. I can never thank O'Grady plumbing enough for all they did. Their work has held up and (please knock on wood) we haven't had a drop of water come into the house since. Work that has truly stood the test of time!

I used O’Grady to replace the sewer trap to my building. They were very professional. Diagnosed the issue and showed me clearly with a camera what the issue was. Quality work and great team. Work was completed right on schedule.

O’Grady plumbing always does a great job. Edy was very prompt and courteous and he took care of my plumbing issue very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Arrived on time and jet cleaned the clog very efficiently. The first truck didn’t have the right gear but the second truck came very quickly.

The O'Grady team was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Office folks were on top of scheduling etc, and onsite crew turned up when they said they would and got the job done as promised. (And for the 2 nights when the pipes were uncovered, they left the earth in the tidiest pile of dirt I've ever seen.) We've used them for several smaller jobs before but the big one went super smoothly.

Mateo is the best. He is able to quickly diagnosis and fix the situation no mater how big or small the problem is! He is a good communicator and positive. Can’t recommend him enough.

O'Grady is my go to company whenever I have a plumbing problem at my rental property in San Francisco. They are polite, professional, responsive and reliable. Never had a bad experience in more than 15 years. Highly recommend them!

O’Grady was great. They came in, did a thorough job. The work has held up. Had to replace pipes under my sink & rather than mess w having my landlord do a slapdash job, I called them— got a reasonable quote and work is done. I’d recommend them.

I had a serious plumbing problem on a Monday night after a holiday. The tenant was having sewage backed up through his toilet and into his bathtub. The tenant is a hard-working, manual labor person, and was so distraught. I am mediately, called a greedy Plumbing, and literally there was a team on the site within an hour, I just want to say outstanding service, outstanding professionalism, and outstanding. In a very large city like San Francisco I just want to say also do not hesitate to call O’Grady.

Brendan showed up as promised and mapped out my sewer. Gave me a guided tour via camera, explained it all. Discussed my options for future trenchless work should the need arise. Very professional!

Jake did an excellent job of fixing my clogged toilet. He was also very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend him!

I have mixed feelings about them. The good part is I called them and they sent me someone to fix the problem I had in the shower the same day and their customer service over the phone was good. The bad part is that the guy who came to fix the issue arrived 1h later than what they told me and most importantly the guy barely spoke to me and didn’t explain me what the issue was. I ended up paying $725 for 1h work. I feel it was too much but I didn’t shop around so I can’t really compare. Would I use their service again? Probably not unless it’s an emergency

These guys are great, once again. I see I left a similar review two years ago about them "saving the day" and "they came within the hour". Both times I've used them the man who comes is super polite, professional, patient and does a great job.

O'Grady saved the day on a Saturday when we had a major problem come up. They had a guy out within the hour and he did a great job. I would give six stars if I could.

We had an issue with our lower-level drainage pump not draining and the overfill alarm going off.

They were able to send someone right away, and the issue was resolved quickly.

Eddie was knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to look at a few other small things for us.

He could have easily justified new parts and more extensive service, but fixed the immediate issue and told us what to watch for in the future.

This is unlike my experience with other national franchise plumbers which bordered on fraud.

They are now our goto plumber.
