after calling a couple companies i went with Hansen's. excellent fast service, called at 9 am main drain was fixed by 2 pm. my tech was very knowledgeable and honest. Hansen's is now the only company i will call

Hansen’s plumbing is the only plumbing service we use due to their kindness, their amazing work and for always being fair in their pricing. We highly recommend and appreciate them.

We use Hansens for all of our plumbing needs. We recently used them to replace our kitchen faucet. Before that, they installed a total house water conditioning system. Their repairs and installations are always neatly and carefully done. The only people to use for us.

We had a toilet leak that involved plumbing, restoration, mold abatement, and flooring repair. Hansen's Plumbing took the lead and coordinated the other contractors, even through the various hiccups that happened during this complex project. We found them to be professional, capable, quickly responsive, and committed to getting all aspects of the project done properly, even those aspects that were not their field. The many plumbers involved at various times included Shane, Josiah, Jason, and others, all of which were committed to getting the job done completely and correctly. The scheduler, Megan, was also incredibly helpful and responsive. We definitely intend to use Hansen's for any future plumbing needs.

Once again, Hansen‘s came to the rescue! Thank you to Damen and Kyle and Michael for an outstanding professional job. These guys dropped everything and came to our aid when we needed it most. They did an excellent job to the highest standards and our family appreciates them and Hansen’s plumbing. Don’t wanna jinx it and say “see you on the next job”, but we know you’re there for us and we will highly recommend you to any and all that need your expertise!

These guys were great, good attitude, hard work, clean work. They helped make my problem into a fantastic solution. I will use them again. I do wish it was a tad cheaper but everything is expensive. Excellent work and there was a leak and they came back and not only fixed it but did a superb repair and improvement.

Hansens guys were great.
I was helping my parents try and find the source of the water leak that was flooding the crawl space of their mobile home. Hansens tech referred us to Triton fire and water clean-up(which they are now highly recommended by us)to pump the water from the space and dry it out. Hansens guys were then able to diagnose the soure and do the repair. Very professional.

Reasonable price compared to the other quotes I received as I removed all the necessary drywall so they were able to go straight to work. Jason and his team had friendly and solid communication through phone and text. Would most definitely use them again, and they off 10% military and 1st responders 👍🏻

Wow!! Just wow!! My client and I kept saying what an amazing job Jo and Damien did with this project! From communicating, to project management, to completion; they did an amazing work!! My client had a lifted tub and due to accessibility, the client needed a shower pan installed. The client had mentioned she had worked with several people in the past that would turn her down because it was a mobile home. However, this team took on the challenge and did a fenomenal job!!! Their kindness and professionalism is also a five start rating! Thank you Jo for all your hard work managing the multitude of steps needed to make this a successful project!! 😊

Jason with Hansen's Plumbing was quick to diagnose the issue
(A split in a vertical cast iron drain line). They came back today and replaced the line with ABS. It was efficient, timely and well done! I thought the pricing was very fair and he was very communicative by phone and text every step of the way. My tenants were also very complimentary of his demeanor and professionalism!

Excellent job by the two person team! The job included digging a hole in the front planter and then digging a 6’ hole in the front lawn exposing the clay connection to the street sewer, allowing them to perform a trenches sewer pull approx 50’ between each hole to the clay connection to street sewer. The dirt and grass was neatly maintained until it could be backfilled. It was a three day job.
Cleanup was great, very little interruption to my days.

I recently had Hansen’s Plumbing out to address a concerning water hammer issue in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and highly effective.

Michael, the technician who came out, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to carefully assess the problem and explained everything clearly before getting to work. He installed hammer arrestors and a new pressure regulator valve, both of which immediately resolved the issue. It’s been quiet and worry-free ever since!

Avery came immediately after we reported a flood in our garage. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the broken fitting in our water softener. He went the extra mile and also replaced a similar fitting that had not yet failed, and he proposed a change that will completely prevent another occurrence. Prompt and professional work much appreciated!
