Jordan installed a pressure reduction valve at my home. He arrived at the agreed upon time and completed the work in a timely manner. He was patient and explained the work. He made sure everything was working before he left even taking A few minutes to solve an extra problem.

Ben’s was great with resolving our repair, communication was clear, notified precisely when plumber would arrive, Jordan was respectful of our home and very pleasant to handle our repair.

Once again, Ben’s Plumbing to the rescue! Very foolishly, I initially hired a highly-rated local handyman to replace our toilets. Poor guy tried all afternoon to get just one installed, but failed.
Chris from Ben’s installed TWO in just under 3 hours, perfectly. I should’ve known better, based on our wonderful experiences with them a year ago when they changed out two faucets.
“Fool me once”, but never again. Don’t waste your time and money on anyone else!

I needed an invoice for a water leak detector (home insurance requirement) but had already installed it myself. They got it to me same day and for a very reasonable price!

Well I contacted Ben for a second time. The first was to replace gas lines on my property and the second was for a small water leak in my yard. Ben's team responded quickly both times and fixed the issues. Big Thanks to Ben and his team for their professionalism and commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

However, the company is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE!
It cost over $6,000.00 for me, as an elderly person, w/no income, to be able to flush my toilet and take a shower!!!
Come on, greedy Owner, I am sure that Jacob received a very small part of that huge chunk of money!!

Another excellent job by Ben's plumbing! I love their communications. They show you who is doing the work, provide tracking for their truck to your door step! Chris was excellent! I had a gas cutoff valve that did not allow the oven to fit against the wall. So with new kitchen the valve had to be lowered. I opened up the wall and Chris had a plan! Chris cut the pipe off to fit in the oven cutout. Chris worked fast and accurate. Thank you Chris!

Called on Saturday afternoon to make an appt due to a leak on my water heater. The person taking the call arranged to have someone come out on Sunday.
Then on Sunday, I received a call to inform me that they do have anybody to come out on Sunday. They thought I made a reservation online, but I had called them and spoke to someone. That was a big inconvenience, as we had to shut off our hot water because of the leak. So I made an appt for Monday.
Once they came on site, Jordan helped me and was very pleasant and professional. Stopped the leak, ordered the needed part, a T & P valve for the water heater overflow, came the next day and popped the old one off and the new one on quickly. Price was high, but expected for what I know most plumbers charge for their time and expertise. This was a job I did not feel comfortable doing. I would be happy to use their services again, just maybe not on the weekend.

Ben’s Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our water heater. Very attentive, professional, and easy to work with. They took care of us the same day, which we really appreciated. Everything was handled efficiently and cleanly, and communication was solid throughout. Highly recommend.

Ben's is the Best Plumbing service in Ventura! They did an Amazing Job! I was lucky enough to get Jacob, third generation plumber, My 95 Year Old Plumbing was completely backed up, old cast iron pipes full of black sludge and god knows what else. He used the snake gently to clear it all out. It was a tough job, but he knew exactly what he was doing, super nice guy, polite and really went the extra mile. Charged me an affordable price, since I'm out of work. Highly Recommend! 5 STARS.

Ben's Plumbing was really amazing. Honest, respectful, kept up communication (when left for lunch or the store, next day arrival time etc), thorough with their work, kind too. The tech was Chris and he was great. We had an unexpected Plumbing need while the job was still in progress and Chris helped to determine the issue and was able to come back and fix it the next day. So grateful for his service to our home. Wa great to get an online estimate within a day or so of coming out to see our home. Was also allowed to pay before Chris left via their app simple, easy, convenient. Highly recommend them.

Technician showed up early for a "job walk through". We chatted about the issue, he agreed with the approach that was suggested to me by the leak detection company, and immediately started working. Everything worked perfectly, job done way earlier than I would have expected. Great work!
