What a way to start the new year! On new years day our water heater started leaking, I was able to contact Ben's plumbing on a holiday they came through. Ben's plumbing sent a tech a few hours later and determined that the unit needed to be replaced, on a holiday it was going to be more expensive. Ben's plumbing was able to make an appointment for us the next day at a better price. Jordan was on time, did a great job in a timely manner explained everything to me and the problem was resolved. 5 out of five stars, professional, courteous and honest. Thank you Ben's plumbing. 👍 👍

Ben and his wing man Jacob were in our restaurant this afternoon to help us out with a sharp edge object that they found with the camera in the main toilet pipe, so they hydro jetted the pipe, so now it’s like new again! Great guys, recommend them and use them for sure in the future!

Jordan was great. He explained every detail, including showing me the defective parts, what would do fix our problem, and he was quick and efficient with our time.

After 3 service calls, and 2 different techs from another supposedly high rated local plumber they still could not figure out the water heater simply needed to be descaled and cleaned. Ben was able to schedule us the next day, recommended the cleaning as the first step, and had his tech, Chris, onsite the same day. The tankless water heater was back to heating immediately. It really helps when contractors are highly skilled in their trade! Would definitely recommend.

The first time I needed to fix a leak in a bathroom and replace a couple of toilets to prepare for moving into a home.

Ben and his crew were efficient, professional affordable , very polite and my favorite part was that they left the place tidy.

This past weekend when my elderly parents needed an emergency fix when their water heater broke, my parents had called several plumbers that were non responsive or no shows but when I got involved, I knew exactly who to call- Ben picked up the phone on Sunday and we scheduled first thing Monday morning!!!
Again, Ben and his crew were responsive, so professional, affordable, they did a great job that they stand behind. The work they did for me the first time was last summer and all is going great!
I have them saved in my phone and I will use them again.

Jordan came out to check on our water softener. It was not draining right. He was friendly and explained everything to us. I will call again when I have a plumbing problem.
