Ray was very thorough and professional. Drain line was cleaned and draining again. He mentioned that with the kind of grease buildup, I probably need hydro jetting which I will do as soon as pipes become clogged again. Update. Just had the hydro jetting done then had a camera view of the pipe. Water flowing freely now. Guys were great. Recommend them if you have drain issues!

My plumber Leo came out after a 6:30 pm after he all ready worked a 10 hour day to unclog my washing machine drain. I want to thank him for his hard work

I used the services of Elite Rooter, Ventura. Christian G, the plumber assigned to the job, was exceptional. Throughout the time it took to complete the job, which involved indoor and outdoor work, he would update me and explain what he was doing. I quickly determined that he is skilled, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Over the years I have had more than one occasion to call a plumber to my home to resolve a variety of plumbing issues. Based on my past experiences, this is the first time that I can say that a plumber’s work exceeded my expectations in such a positive way. It was a lucky day for me when Elite Rooter assigned Christian G to my job.

Leo Rodarte did a GREAT Job. I was going to do it myself but then I read the instructions and said NO. I called Elite Rooter and Leo showed up within 15 minutes. Did a GREAT Job. I would highly recommend Elite Rooter.

Excellent company respond quick to chat got me in appointment within 1 hr.and no extra charge. Promotion was for 50 dollars but since the toilet needed a snake auger it cost 130. The toilet was operational within 15 mins. And Raymundo did excellent work and great customer service

Couldn’t unclog with the snake, so proceeded to charge $1300 to use hydro jet. Which I’ve been told by two other plumbers that it should have been less than half that. Then they discovered an old part of the cast iron pipe that’s compromised and needs replacing. I was told it would be $5800. The plumber sold me pretty good on the urgency of it needing to be replaced, so I scheduled the repair for two days later. Then without my approval they proceeded to smash a hole into the side of my home. Apparently this was necessary to check pipe and fixture sizes. I’ve also been advised by the two other plumbers that this was unnecessary and is s common tactic to lock the job down. Well, I canceled the job with Elite and now have to pay someone else to fix what they started. I partly blame myself for allowing this to happen. Lesson learned.

We had a waterline (going to refrigerator) snap and we needed somebody QUICK! Hugo and Brooks saved the day. They got there fast, stopped the water from damaging anything and fixed it quickly. Comet Realty gives them five stars!

My house was backed up for IDK, I was at work while my wife took care of this. A $100 unclog because they stated the blowouts were collapse turned into a 4500 dollar estimate! Subsequently my lovely wife remembered we have a house warranty for this, in short they hydro cleaned the lines....$1200. Home warranty plumber came out and said that we got scammed after he cameraed the pipes, he said there's nothing wrong

Pedro showed up on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain all of the steps he needed to do, and everything I should do afterwards to ensure no further problems. Very friendly, price was reasonable, I would definitely recommend based on my experience with Pedro.

When calling to inquire about a drain unclogging, they were prompt and had someone out within 2 hours while other places quoted me up to 6 hours. Their pricing was reasonable and the staff both on the phone and the plumber servicing the drain were both wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I 10/10 recommend. Our plumber was Martin and he was so kind when interacting with my very inquisitive 4 year old while unclogging the drain. My 4 year old got all his questions answered and our drain got unclogged promptly. I will definitely be calling him for all future plumbing needs!

We had a great experience with Elite Rooter. They were able to come out the same day I called, quickly diagnosed the issue, and were very professional throughout the process. When plans unexpectedly had to change due to HOA rules requiring us to use their plumber for part of the work, they were extremely courteous and patient. In the end, they installed a cleanout access on our exterior wall, and we’re very happy with the quality of the work. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone looking for prompt, reliable, and professional plumbing service.

Very professional. Ask for a warranty and best to get several quotes. Good job otherwise. Did a blow-and-go and reinstalled toilet with a new flange. It was lovely.
