I called Paradise Plumbing with a drain emergency and they were very empathetic and were able to send a technician quickly. The technician showed up and was very professional and understanding of my problem. He looked at the situation, came up with a plan and gave me a price before he started. He was able to clear my drains efficiently. I am very thankful for their quick service. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Paradise Plumbing & Rooter cured me of my phobia of dubious plumbers. These guys were fantastic! The responded right away, helped me out of a desperate situation, worked with me, were patient with me, offered me pricing options. Matthew was my guy. He worked with Luis. Highly recommend both gentlemen. Jeremy, their supervisor, came and spent the day working with them. Jeremy is exceptionally thorough. Five-stars. These are my plumbers.

One week ago, AAA Paradise Plumbing, whom I've used multiple times, came to my home to fix a few needs. As the week progressed, a leaking toilet problem re-occurred. I put in a call to Paradise yesterday and they sent someone, David Duran, to fix the problem. The repair was done quickly and without charge. I would highly recommend AAA Paradise and, in particular, if available, go with David. The first plumber, Ruben, was also quite good, but David Duran took good care of me.

I was having a plumbing problem and Luis knew exactly what needed to be done. He fixed all 3 of my toilets. We were so impressed that we had a whole home water system. Luis and Paul were prompt and stayed until the job was done. I recommend them to my daughter. Very happy with this company.

Ruben came out because both of our kitchen sinks were full of water and we thought the garbage disposal was broken. But the sink was clogged. He kept everything clean and cleaned out the sinks and unclogged the drain. Very nice and great service! Totally recommend.

Ruben was the only one to come over and help get my toilet working. My property management wanted me to wait 24 hours so it would be cheaper but it’s the only bathroom in the house. He got it up and running in 15 minutes. He drove out from Oxnard and no one else would. Bless this man

Paradise installed a propane water heater for us in 2019. The price was high, but it was urgent. Five years later the tank developed a leak. We learned that they had installed a Reliant heater purchased from Ace hardware with a 6 year warrantee. Paradise refused to help with the warranty claim, only offering to install another new tank at full price. Ace will not honor the warranty because I cannot show a receipt for purchase of the tank, and Paradise will not/can not provide it. Caveat Emptor!

Richard was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was going on and what to do and handled the job efficiently.

The service was prompt and quick. Richard arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and solved it. It fixed the immediate problem, with advice for our future needs (without up-selling”)

My experience was amazing. Fred came out the same day after hours and diagnosed my water heater issues. He gave me the information for all our options, talked me through everything. Then came out the next day for a replacement. Fred and Alex were super quick and thorough. Cannot recommend enough

We had the most amazing experience with AAA Paradise plumbing last week! They were professional, trustworthy and extremely thorough.
We had a sewer back up and another company whom we have always used came out and gave us a quote that was crazy expensive.
I decided to get a second opinion and so glad I did! Paradise was honest and did such an amazing job. It took longer than they thought it would (the build-up was extremely thick), but they didn't give up and worked until after 8pm to get the best outcome possible. Their prices were fair too.
I will use them from now on for all our plumbing needs and continue to recommend them again and again!

Richard and his supervisor Jeremy did an awesome job hydrojetting my lines. What I liked most is that they actually showed me the before and after of my pipes—the difference was night and day! Before, they were clogged up and dirty, and afterwards the line looked spotless and completely clear. These guys were truly a life saver, I would highly recommend to anyone.

I sent an email requesting a quote from this company and they called me back within 5 minutes. The nice lady said she would send a gentleman out today, YES TODAY (same day) to look at my gas pipe that needed repairs. And within 2 hours he was here and he cleaned my gas pipes and is going to put in a request for a new one to be put in witching the next few business days. His name is Henry! Nice and respectful guy! This whole company is very professional and I highly recommend them! 100%.

Please let me know if I am the wrong in here.
I have been quoted one price to expose the leak after few hours I have been told that the leak is found but to expose it it will cost additional. Mind you that the price was to expose it and then there will be additional price to fix it.
When I asked to speak to a manager I have been told to pay ( I never refused the payment) all I said I need to speak to a manager to see why am I getting the double charges for the same thing.
I have been told extremely unprofessional that I am stealing and they will be suing me and when asking for a contact of manager and when to talk to them I have been told to just to call the number and whoever picks up is a manager.
So I called today to see when I can speak to a manager and the receptionist told me rudely the same thing that I am stealing money and refusing to pay because the leak has been found so the additional charges is to expose the leak because the leak where the plumber said he made a mistake. How is is my fault that he made a mistake. I have been told that I have to pay to expose the leak and additional to fix it. It has not been exposed at all and I never said I won’t pay. I said I need to talk to a manager first because clearly they need to explain it why I have to pay double the price.
The worst part is how they handled the situation and how they talked and how they accused me of sth I multiple time told them it’s not true.
Please do not … go somewhere that charges double the price instead of dealing with them. The worst company I have ever dealt with. The disgusting behaviors.
If I am truly in the wrong here please let me know. Maybe I am not seeing sth.
The leak hasn’t been exposed they still have to expose it to fix it and I was quoted to expose it not to just find it.
I’ll be posting this on all the social media accounts just to warn people.
