Elite Rooter was very responsive and addressed our tankless water heater issue promptly with expertise and professionalism. Levi the technician was wonderful, hard-working, highly professional, and represented the company in the best ways, and his lead, Juan, was a real gentleman to deal with. Though expensive, the results of the project are outstanding!

I had no access to the pipes to be snaked so they put in a new access and cleaned my pipes so that things would stop backing up into the tub and shower. I had to deal with a rusty pipe that broke and sprayed water all over the place but Martin handled it like a champ and stayed there until the managers of my mobile home park showed up to deal with the broken pipe that was rusted out. Martin Hernandez was very professional and very nice to deal with. I would recommend elite rooter plumbers.

I would like to thank the techs who came to our home (On Juniper ST) from beginning to end the Customer service was amazing! I personally work in customer service and i tend to pay attention to how customer service is given. We had called another company (that we used for years) to also come out and give us an estimate but never gave us a time frame (just between 8- 5 pm) and had us wait half the day to give us an excuse they aren't coming after we placed a call to find out what time their ETA. However, with AAA Paradise Plumbing I will say from the time of the first inspection of the appointment Albert was on time and was here at the scheduled time that was given. Albert walked thru the home with me and explained everything i needed to know. Albert was very Professional and informative about what would possible need to be done and was on the phone right away with his Supervisor Jeremy. When Albert mentioned that his Supervisor was on his way to also take a look at our piping the same day, i was very pleased but even more so because Jeremy was there at my home in 20 min time. Again, they took the time to explain step by step what may be needed to be done at my home to myself and my mother (who is the own of the home). When we decided to schedule to have the service done we did not have to wait weeks to get it scheduled we were scheduled in with in days which was a plus! On the day of service Albert, Jeremy Henry and Luis showed up to our home (On time) did another walk thru of what needed to be done and again explained to my mom what the techs will be doing in a 2-3 day process. Henry and Luis were very professional and considerate of us in the home especially knowing i work at home Henry would let me know there will be a little noise in the back ground. I appreciate that he took consideration to let me know this because i am on zoom meetings or phone calls through out the day with my staff. Henry and Luis were also compassionate with us not having water at a long time frame and advised us when it was shut off and approx. when he may have it off.
I can't thank you all enough for the Exceptional Customer Service given! From the office staff to the techs and the supervisor! Bravo!!! Tiffany, thank you for taking the time to hear me brag about how wonderful the staff is and not rushing me off the phone and explaining where i can go to submit what great service we received.

AAA Paradise Plumbing came right away to our home, Jeff Warnes the Technician was very professional and explained what needed to be done to our home. Jeff & Mark worked hard for over 3 weeks at our home to replace all Drain Pipes underneath our house. They were both friendly and trustworthy. They always cleaned up after a days work. They did a great job! We also would like to thank Michael (Mark's Brother) for the awesome Tile work he did for us. Jeremy Ward Operations Manager was very professional & friendly with us. Thank you AAA Plumbing for sending Stephanie to clean our home after all work with the drain pipes was done & also after Jeff & Mark finished installing toilets, vanity & sinks etc. It was so nice to come home to a clean home. Everyone involved did an awesome job. We will surely recommend this Company to Family & Friends.

Sunday night, 7:00 pm, my sewer backs up into my house. I called everyone, Paradise was the only one who called me back. They came in 15 minutes. They got me flowing for the night but the camera revealed it was time to replace the two lines. I knew this day was coming. Richard was professional and honest and he told me they could have it finished by Wednesday so I could go on vacation Thursday. He upheld his promise. They worked well into long days. I was so impressed by how hard they worked and they relayed back to me how the project was progressing. I was so grateful for their hard work and professionalism. I kept telling them they were my angels. They were able to get the project completed, site cleaned up, cement poured by Wednesday night. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Great group of guys, great company!

We had a plumbing emergency at our rental property and needed someone we could trust, rely upon and act quickly. We have used Paradise Plumbing in the past and were always happy with their work so naturally we called them again. The technician, Richard, is very knowledgeable, thorough and clearly enjoys his job. He provided information and options to detect/potentially address the source of a water leak at my home involving multiple areas.

The guys services another plumbing fixture December 2019. When I called, it was not a crisis and I was flexible on the service date. Nevertheless, the dispatcher sent Bert over that morning and the work was done quickly and professionally. Bert checked for the performance of certain gaskets and recommended replacements. Well done. I recommend Paradise Plumbing very highly.

I was returning from my walk on the beach when the Paradise Plumbing van stopped for the light at Broad Beach Road and PCH. I asked the guys if they had time to replace a fill valve. Richard was terrific. He and his coworker came to the house immediately, completed the work and tested the connections. Well done. I was very happy the guys agreed to an impromptu unscheduled visit and did a great job. I will definitely use Paradise Plumbing again. Next time perhaps I will call to schedule service rather than flag them down in the street.

Our water heater went out on a Sunday. AAA Paradise was the only company who had someone available to respond. A young man named Fred came out. He was the most courteous person we have met in a very long time. Fred worked Sunday afternoon to drain and remove the leaking water heater but did not have a new one available until Monday morning. He capped off the gas line so that we could still use the stove and heater. Fred came back and worked until 6:30 pm restructuring the closet and replumbing the new water heater. He had to crawl under the house several times without complaining.
We are very impressed with Fred and his hard work to address all of our concerns.
We will definitely call AAA Paradise Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. We are very satisfied.
And again, Fred was a great ambassador for this company.

My dad and I busted a check valve/pipe on my washer and dryer connection while trying to fix a leak on our own...at 7pm. I called Paradise Plumbing and Mekenna answered the phone right away; she was knowledgeable and super helpful on the phone. She sent a team member out that night for after hours/emergency service. Richard showed up and was very professional and reasonable explaining our options. Paradise ended up doing two jobs at my new (fixer upper) house within the next 24 hrs and they were great! Jeremy and Richard both took care of us, I highly recommend Paradise Plumbing, you will be in good hands!

I had a recent plumbing issue with my tub. David came out explained what my issue was answered all my questions and had the job done in no time!! Thank you David for being quick and honest. Will definitely be calling Paradise Plumbing again if I have any other issues and requesting David.

I had them come out to repair a leaking tap. The repair person said that they rebuild the valve, and he was only at the residence less than one hour. I received a bill for $370.00 dollars. I thought it was extremely high at the time, but I paid it. Two months later the valve started leaking again. This time I took it apart myself and went to the plumbing supply store where they assured me it had never been properly repaired. The repair parts only cost $15.00 and took me a total time of 35 minutes to take it out and put it back. No leaks!! I contacted the company and asked for a response but received nothing. This company is a rip off and I highly recommend never doing business with them. I am a self-employed businessperson in the construction field for over 30 years and will be letting everyone I deal with known not to hire this company.

This company was able to come same day to my house after a I had a plumbing fiasco with my outdoor sprinkler system. Albert, the technician who was assigned the job was was personable, friendly, extremely professional and got here quickly. The city had to do an emergency shut off of my water the night before and the parts I bought for the plumber to install were not the correct ones. Instead of leaving, he dug everything up and installed a shut off valve so I could get my home's water turned back on. I was able to get correct parts over the weekend and Albert came back immediately and finished the job. The work was high quality, efficient and priced reasonably. I actually have heard horror stories regarding plumbers who will try and take you for everything you have but that was definitely not the case here. I am very pleased with the work that was completed. He even did a stellar clean up job, it looks nicer than before he arrived. Thank you Albert and Paradise Plumbing. I will definitely be calling you again with my next plumbing issue.

Called first thing this morning and was able to have someone out at 9a to fix bathroom plumbing issues. Luis was kind and was patient while we tried to troubleshoot the issue in the apartment building. Turned out my across the hall neighbor was having the same problem and we ended fixing everything in one go. And also taught me why drano is bad. So grateful for AAA Paradise for not only their quickness, but their skilled and knowledgeable contractors.

The technician and service were quick and excellent. The new computer system with 8 (EIGHT!!) emails was ridiculous. Get rid of it.

We had a serious problem with the drain line for our new clotheswasher, and called AAA Paradise Plumbing. Matthew came and quickly diagnosed the problem and found the solution, requiring a lot of work on roto-rooting out the piping and checking out the installation and operation of the new washer. He was very efficient, cheerful and most important, very good at what he does. We hope that he will be the one AAA calls out here the next time we have a plumbing emergency.

Jeremy and Richard were responsive, professional, affordable, and timely. They were easy to work with and communicated well throughout the project. I had them replace my sewer lateral line and they got on the job quickly, neatly, and thoroughly. I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and communication throughout.
