While the people were so nice and ultimately my toilet got fixed, it went from one thing to the next and I ended up with a rebuilt toilet instead of the new one I agreed to. Seems like plumbing isn’t an exact science, but maybe not measuring and purchasing a new toilet that didn’t fit cost me way more than if the defective parts were replaced? It was an emergency. I’m not a plumber. I said, at the end of the day, the toilet is fixed, and the people were nice. The clean up was good.

Back in Monday after a conversation with Megan. They didn’t charge me anymore money but came out and replaced the toilet. So grateful! No clogs, leaks, or drips!

Had a very pleasant experience with Hansen’s plumbing. They were prompt in helping us get a leak resolved with our galvanized pipes in our building. John and his crew were awesome and we would definitely recommend them.

We hired Hansen's Plumbing to do a CIPP fix on a sewer line that is in a slab section of our home where the line showed a crack and a great deal of wear, and a SIPP fix on the sewer main line under our driveway where there wasn't a crack showing (yet). They gave the best and most complete estimate for the work, did the work faster than was expected, too. They left the work site clean, were professional, and happy to share what they were doing throughout the process. We'd highly recommend them for either of these trench-less processes to anyone.

Damen and crew were amazing. Gas line needed to be replaced from street to house up a steep driveway. Hansen's recommended the best approach and explained why cheaper approaches were not sound or safe and would cost more in the long run. Knowledgeable about permitting and requirements around gas and worked with the city inspectors very efficiently. Even though the job ran over was not charged more for the project. Wonderful folks that I was happy to have in my driveway for a week. Definitely recommend for a trusted resource, knowledgeable and experienced in the trade and very hard working. Half the price of other estimates that were clearly not as knowledgeable and informed. Seem to work as a team as Damen and crew were not hesitant to reach out to colleagues during tough moments on the job to get input and keep things moving along. Very very skilled at what they do.

Recently I had Hansen's plumbing out to the house again to remove an old garbage disposal and run a poly water line to the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser. Shayne arrived and removed the old disposal and old poly line. He replaced everything with new poly line and a new disposal I had. He did it all with ease, was fast and accurate. Very professional, and knowledgeable in his field. Everything was tested to make sure it worked also. The best part was there was nothing for me to clean or throw away. He took care of it all. The estimate was transparent and up front. Thanks Shayne at Hansen's plumbing for another great job. I Highly recomend Hansen's plumbing for all of your issues or needs. Their great, on time, professional and reasonably priced.

Damon arrived when ask, very friendly and he knows Plumbing! Damon shared with me ahead of time what was going to be done to clear our plugged kitchen sink line! He showed me the before and after with the camera. When done he cleaned up the work location! Very happy with our service! If you need any plumbing work done, Hansen’s Plumbing is your go to! Hansens has always been reliable. Very nice and helpful office staff and contractors. Always goes above and beyond to complete the job and explain everything through out the job. Very willing to answer all our questions and take thier time.

I needed a full replacement and repipe of my home's cast iron drain, waste, and sewer system. Hansen's was prompt and friendly when setting up the initial appointment. Their technicians came out to do a CCTV inspection and prepare a thorough bid for the job with three different options for the different extents of replacement.
Jason, Damen, and Shane were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They worked well together throughout the many stages of this very involved job.
