Everyone I dealt with from the owner to the office staff to the installer to the technician, Jake who came by the next day after install to check on the install and make minor adjustments, were very friendly and knowledgeable. Good prices too.

Had no heat and it was 11 degrees. They came within and hour and fixed it. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. The fan motor was broken so it wasn't cheap to fix, but I think the price was fair. Will definitely use again.

Gary Hooley Heating and Air is amazing! After another AC company told me I needed to replace a 6 year old unit, Gary Hooley told me it just needed cleaned and coolant. I appreciate them not trying to upsell me on an entire unit.

Called about a leaking swamp cooler. The leak was fixed! But now my swamp cooler has been making a terrible noise and wont cool anymore?? Its never made this noise before. Its been so hot these days..

This is the second time we have used Hooley. The first they installed a second A/C unit in our house to help cool the second floor. We are in a different house now and this time our heat failed. They diagnosed the problem and provided a quick, easy and cost effective fix. Will use them again for sure.

Eric is great! Has been extremely helpful / knowledgeable since September 2021. I would highly recommend him for heating and A/C issues or maintenance.

Hooley Heating and Air was very helpful and easy to work with regarding our broken AC. Jake (our technician) was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand. The prices for service were very reasonable with no hidden fees or surprise costs.

Replaced the furnace motherboard on a rental property without providing a quote in advance of doing the work, then charged us $1175. They were not willing to provide an itemized invoice outlining their time spent and cost of parts. A google search indicated the motherboard is a $250 part. Caveat emptor.

Eric was here within the time frame stated. Checked the inside equipment and then went outside and cleaned the exterior equipment. He turned the furnace back on before he left. Good job.

Hooley Heating & Air to the rescue: A contractor messed up the heating in our house. Hooley's guys fixed it straight off, they were polite, took off their shoes & took the time to explain what they did. Five Stars Plus.

Gary Hooley Heating and Air is honest, trustworthy, prompt, knowledgeable and affordable. Seven years ago another service in town scammed me in January, shut my furnace down saying it needed to be replaced and could not be used. Hooley came out the next day to check it out. I still have that furnace today. They have serviced my HVAC ever since. Rueben is a fantastic tech! Thank you for keeping my 19 year old system in top shape!

After four days with no air Hooley arrived early yesterday and repaired my air conditioner. So thankful for their promptness and no charge.

Prompt. Professional. Diagnosed and fixed my AC super quick. Excellent pricing. Friendly service. Would recommend to anyone.

Hooley has helped us with installing new heaters in two of our commercial units last year, and more recently (last week) installing two AC units. Great service. Furnace broke last night, called and told appt time between 2-4 pm. Tech showed up at 11a.m. and fixed the problem. He was very helpful, pleasant and professional. They installed my furnace 17 years ago. I couldn't be happier with them.
