Had a yearly checkup because our humidifier was leaking and the furnace was short cycling. What a fantastic job. Right away I knew that he was very experienced and knowlegeable. He went beyond what was expected and despite taking his time to be thorough, the bill was much less than anticipated.

Very happy with these folks! Called at 8am regarding an AC issue and they had someone out to completely fix the problem on the same day. Quick, professional, and affordable. Highly recommend!

I recommend using Hooley Heating and Air for furnance and air needs. I am on service contract. They arrive as scheduled or earlier and always contact. Employees are professional and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. They are great

On a day with snow and freezing temps our furnace decided to not kick on. I called and they had a tech out within 20 min to clean and fix the furnace. He also detected some Carbon Monoxide so made sure the levels were fine before leaving. We were charged exactly what we were quoted. Service is great!

I had an issue with my leaky whole house humidifier and had someone from Hooley come out. I had spent some time diagnosing the issues myself, and the Hooley technician quickly helped me root cause the problem (small pinhole in the inlet hose) without upselling me or talking down to me. Would use them again!

Jim had serviced our furnace and A/C unit and has always done a great job. Very personable and would highly recommend Hooley.

I live in Florida and needed someone to look at a furnace as required as part of an inspection for the sale of a house in Loveland CO. Eric was prompt, professional and pleasant. He surveyed the furnace and made some adjustments and was on his way, Kudos to Eric and Hooley.

On 01/15/24 our landlord called Hooley heating & air because our furnace was down. The outside temperature was -6°.
When the technician arrived (Jake?), I explained that a motor was buzzing and didn't want to turn.
Then (of course) just before he arrived it came on. I showed him the part in question. He went on to exclaim that this furnace was a hunk of junk, parts were too expensive if they could get them and not worth it. He went on to inform us he would talk to his company about quoting the home owner for a new system.

He performed no inspection of the unit. He never took out a tool, a meter, a flashlight, didn't look at the thermostat, didn't cycle the unit to see if it would kick back on after making temperature (which it didn't), nothing.
As he walked out the door he said "If you have anymore problems, just give us a call".

It was minus -15 last night.

My husband and I have experienced the Hooley Heating and Air Furnace service on two different occasions. Their technicians are professional, courteous, and honest. We are very satisfied with their service and will be using their company exclusively.

I have to say VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER here. JACOB the tech was very wonderful he knew his stuff, very knowledgeable and was kind. Hooley had to order a part and we requested overnight. One week later still no part and JD who answers the phone had no idea what was going on and/or if the part was ordered. I requested call back keep me informed, I heard nothing! Communication is key people all it takes is communication and apologies if you forgot or dropped the ball. I couldn’t get Hooley to accept responsibility of any kind let alone an apology.

Amazing service! Have used them twice, once for an A/C install for my dad's house--they were over $1000 cheaper than other places. Today, our A/C went out and they were here within 24 hours, part stocked in the truck and fixed within 30 minutes. Reuben was professional, and super nice! HIGHLY recommend Hooley Heating & Air Conditioning!

Gary Hooley has been servicing our furnace for years. We knew our furnace was getting old but every time they serviced it they told us it looked fine. They did the annual service the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, once again told me everything looked fine and we were good to go for another winter.

Wednesday morning we woke up to no heat. My husband literally fixed it by jiggling a pipe (on accident).

Thanksgiving morning we woke up to no heat and this time jiggling stuff didn't solve the problem. We called Gary Hooley multiple times during the day with no response.

Friday morning, again no response. So we called another company. The other company was there within 2 hours. Their service guy looked at our furnace and showed me multiple components that were rusted, leaking, and heat damaged. He said he was surprised the furnace was functioning at all. He even showed me photos of the inside of the furnace and the components he was particularly concerned about. He informed me that several parts of our furnace and A/C were now obsolete because our furnace should have been replaced several years ago. We were forced to buy a new furnace that day without the luxury of multiple estimates because he could only get our furnace limping along for an unknown amount of time.

Gary Hooley didn't call us back until Monday morning and when my husband tried to tell him about the situation, the serviceperson hung up on him.

HVAC companies do not get the luxury of taking holiday weekends off and leaving people without heat in a storm. Or, well, apparently they do but they will lose business. Gary Hooley will be there for you when it's convenient but I wouldn't recommend anyone trust them to keep you properly informed of the condition of your system or to be there in an emergency. Massive FAIL all the way across the board.

Haven't turned the AC on yet since the tech was here. But I can say he was timely and took care of everything quickly. He did a good job of cleaning the outside unit which hasn't been done in years. We will have them back in the fall for furnace service.

Eric from Hooley helped us out again and quickly diagnosed and repaired our a/c. Eric is always respectful and friendly when he comes to our home and we feel comfortable when Hooley sends him. Hooley was great about getting us into their schedule and keeping us informed. They are our go-to for heating and a/c needs.

Have a service plan with this company, they are very good about reaching out to schedule maintenance. Very happy with the service technicians that take care of our furnace and air conditioner, as well as the office staff. Reasonable and patient about explaining options, in the event a repair or replacement is needed. Easy to schedule with too!

One of the best HVAC contractors in the area. We have had other (better and more reviewed) contractors tell us that we need to replace our furnace/AC and it can't be fixed. Hooley checked it out and was able to fix it at a reasonable price. I have been using them for over 5 years and would highly recommend them.

I've used Hooley Heating & Air since its inception under the original owner Gary Hooley, through his son, and now a new company. This has included installation of 2 furnaces, an AC, and a min-split. Today it was just a check up on my furnace & AC, installed by them in summer-fall of 2018. As in the past the technicians were on time and provided the service in a professional manner while answering any questions that I had. Because the temperature was a bit too cold for a complete test of the AC, they reminded me that a technician will come out and fine tune if it isn't cooling properly when it gets hot. My hope is that the new owners will continue to provide the same great service at a reasonable price!

Hooley Heating and Cooling are my choice for all my heating and cooling needs. I have been a customer for over 22 years. I have enrolled in a preventive maintenance program where my heating and cooling systems are cleaned and tuned to perfection before their season of use . If I forget to schedule an appointment they call me. The cost is less than the normal service charge. The technician is extremely polite and very respectful of our home. I recommend this program to everyone. It is a comfort knowing that my system is ready for every season and ready to work efficiently and trouble free.

We have been using Hooley for going on 7 years. Initially, they were a panicked call when our heater went out in the middle of a January night with a newborn. Reuben was out person then and did great work getting out furnace to proper standards. From that winter on, we used them for our semi annual AC and furnace inspections and preps. Since, then our systems have worked flawlessly. We have had great service from all their staff and recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin. All their staff is pleasant, thorough, and punctual. Hooley is always top of our recommendation list for friends.
