I am writing to share my positive experience with this company following a recent phone call I had with from their service technician, Blake.

I initially wanted to get an indoor air quality test done at my house due to dealing with respiratory issues for a few months. However, Blake explained that they do not provide those services but could install specific equipment to improve the air quality in the home.

Blake was very kind and knowledgeable regarding their UV light and whole-home humidifier products. Not once did I feel pressured into making any purchases.

Blake took the time to educate me on how I could improve the air quality with or without using their products and seemed genuinely concerned for my health. I truly appreciated receiving that type of customer service and will definitely use their company in the future.

Caleb Hughes visited our home yesterday to provide guidance and recommendations for replacing our HVAC system. He is very knowledgeable about the subject and knows the advantages and disadvantages of the various components. He answered all our questions about configurations to meet our primary goals of comfort, reliability and cost. He educated us about the Bryant and Daikin lines and we discussed comparisons with another proposal we received for Lennox equipment.
We are much more confident now that we can make a well-informed decision about how to proceed with our project.

We had Daniel and Luke update and upgrade our electric panel and install a new outlet for an electric stove. They were awesome! Professional and communicative throughout the entire process. Really grateful for them and the experience we had with the entire company.

The tech, Hunter, just left my home after doing a furnace tune-up and cleaning. He was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, showed up on time, got the job done quickly and everything is running smoothly. We will certainly be using FOCO Heating & Air in the future. Thank you Hunter!

Fort Collins Heating & Air absolutely knocked it out of the park for us. Evan and Scott installed our new furnace and heat pump, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. Their workmanship was flawless, their communication was clear, and they went above and beyond at every step.

What really stood out, though, was how they treated my 4.5‑year‑old son. He asked them roughly a thousand questions (as 4‑year‑olds do), and they were patient, kind, and genuinely engaging with him the entire time. That kind of character matters just as much as technical skill, and these guys have both in abundance.

If you’re considering any HVAC work, you have to get a quote from Fort Collins Heating & Air. Evan and Scott set the bar for what great service should look like. Highly, highly recommend.

Hunter stopped by to do my furnace tune up. He was thorough and efficient with his time and provided great customer service. He came back two days later to do the repair and was quick and on time. I appreciate his great service and would recommend Hunter and FC Heating and AC to anyone!

We just had our yearly tune up done. Brandon did a great job! He was on time and explained the current condition of our furnace so that we could make appropriate choices to maintain it. He also took photos which was helpful to see exactly what he was talking about.

The furnace in my house was 20 years old and shoved into the worst part of a house built in 1976. The team from FCHA quoted me a new unit at a great price, and had it installed in just a few days. Every single person I interacted with (probably about 6 folks) were the nicest most professional employees you could imagine. The install team was polite, clean and did a very professional job. Thank you guys for the great work!!

Cortney was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the inspection process of our a/c and furnace in detail. It was so interesting to learn about how all of our equipment functions and the impact that it has on your home! She was very personable and easy to work with!

We ended up installing a new a/c and furnace. Arron, Nick and Steven were all fabulous- they were prompt, polite l, very communicative and worked hard to get us back up and running with the summer heat! I work from home and was able to follow my normal schedule while they removed and installed a new system! They even made sure my dogs didn’t stray from the yard as they were going in and out which I greatly appreciate. The customer service was excellent and I am grateful to have a/c again! Thank you for being an amazing and trustworthy local business!

Fort Collins Heating and Air has been fantastic to work with. They returned my call really quickly for a Saturday on the coldest weekend we’ve seen all winter. I was able to get scheduled for service and to my surprise they send a text with a photo and information about the tech that will be coming to preform the services. This small detail made me feel so much safer. Rufat is an amazing technician and provided knowledgeable feedback on issues and solutions to service my heat pump now as well as suggestions for future maintenance when it’s not so cold. I’m so glad I called Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning and will continue to use them for all my heating/AC needs in the future.

Cesar was such a great technician! He worked in a small closet for most of the day, and everything went so smoothly. He really nailed it. He provided outstanding service and was a pleasant gentleman to work with inside your home. I would recommend him to family and friends again and again!

These guys provide great service! We’ve had Shaun out to our place quite a few times to work on our (very old) furnace and he has provided us with helpful solutions! He’s a great advocate for customers, and overall a kind and respectful person that we welcome as a guest into our home when we need service. Very satisfied with the service I received this morning on a gas fireplace check. Tucker went the extra mile to explain what was being evaluated, and he responded to my questions in a friendly and informative way. Excellent and timely service. David did a great job of installing our heating and AC systems. He was able to do multiple creative adjustments for our new system. He also did a thorough job of explaining the new system inside and out, and provided a great orientation to the thermostat and the app that also controls the system. We highly recommend David and Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning.

We had an emergency in our laboratory where our heater was on full blast all the time
and the room was around 120°F. Blake came through and fixed it very quickly and efficiently working past the end of the day. I can’t recommend this company enough. They’re honest about the costs, work, etc.

Joe P did an excellent job at our home. He is a multi-talented! Joe went from installing a toilet, that involved cutting the tile to be able to lower the flange for a secure install, to going over our boiler and setting us up with an action plan for doing some preventative maintenance to keep our boiler and water heater running smoothly. I was not surprised when he said he could take care of the install the same day because Fort Collins Heating and Air has always done a great job for us. They are an excellent locally owned company that truly cares about their customers. Thank you Joe - look forward to working with you in the future.

Brent came to service my gas fireplace this evening and did a terrific job. I got a call and a text prior to his arrival. He was exactly on time. He thoroughly cleaned everything including the glass. I live in a high wind and dirt area and all the gas vents were clogged as well as the igniter. It’s working perfectly now and was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and Brent

How do you combine, professionalism, friendliness, and great service? Ask for Adam. He was thorough and did a great job troubleshooting and explaining issues with our failing hot water heater. He kept us abreast of his arrival time and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The Office staff who answered the phone put us on hold and took care of dispatch and got someone out to our house within a matter of a couple hours. A live person actually answered the phone and they were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company. Good old-fashioned service, which is hard to find these days.

Carrington did an excellent job of explaining all of our options pre sale and Lucas & Nathan did an amazing job replacing our HVAC system. They took great care not to make a mess of our home even in the pouring rain. Robens was very professional during the commissioning and Pat did a great job cleaning our ducts.
