Josh was on time and did a fantastic job cleaning up my HVAC unit. He explained everything really well and completed the job efficiently. I am absolutely utilizing this company again. If you wanna support a local business, this is the one! Fantastic customer service!

All of the staff and crew at Horsetooth Heating, Air & Plumbing were very responsive and timely with our new hot water heater. They turned a bad situation around for us very quickly. The plumbers were knowledgeable, courteous and took great care of our home with the removal, install and updating to code for the heater. They even repaired our kitchen faucet instead of having to replace it!. Should the need arise in the future, we will definitely call Horsetooth again. Thank you for your help, all at Horsetooth!!

I can’t say enough about these folks.. on the day of the install I found out I had to put down my dog. Cory was so wonderful and supportive. The install went great and then that evening I received a knock on my door. A bouquet of flowers and a sympathy card attached. Thank you for making a hard time a little less hard.

The maintenance guy came out and was very nice. However, my filter was dirty, I told him I always change them out December 1st and July 1st, and I was going to get a new filter as soon as I got paid next week. He told me he could put in a 30x25x1 inch filter which is not the right size. My furnace takes the great big thick expensive ones! He said he could make the smaller one work temporarily. So I said yes. This morning our furnace is not keeping up to what I have it set as. It’s set at 71 and has been setting at 68 until recently, I am assuming because its getting warmer out. Long story short, even though I can’t afford it right now, I will have to get the right filter. Not a happy camper!

Excellent plumbing repair and replacement service. Jacob and Dylann did an outstanding job. Both very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Explained everything upfront and were very thorough with their work and quality of the outcomes. Highly recommend these guys. They saved the day for our bathroom remodel project.

Great technician who was knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. He let me know that the filter on the furnace needed to be changed (which I expected), and let me know that technically it was something I could do. Nope. The furnace is in the crawl space under the house. Well worth the $$$ to pay him to go down there. The annual maintenance plan for the furnace and AC unit is reasonable, and I love that they are independently owned and operated, and not backed by private equity. This was a great experience.

Dylann and Lael did a nice, clean job replacing my 27 year old hot water heater with a new one. They wanted well together as a team.

I had a probem with no Heat on our Boiler and Taylor, stopped in and correctly assesed the concern. The next day correctly repaired the problem. Cleaning the heatexchanger. We have a great working boiler with heat and was not a total repalcement. t I was conserned a new boiler might be in my future. But was very happy to have just a repair to get the heat back on! Thanks Taylor!

I would like to give credit where credit is due Horsetooth Heating And Air and Plumbing installed a high efficiency AC heat pump and heating system. Their project manager. His name is Ben was fantastic and working with me. The installers were drew and Damien they came in and then one day they installed all three systemsvery professional and I just wanna say I just met the owner of the company and he is fantastic this company I would highly recommend and I think or an asset to this area. Thank you.

Horsetooth Heating and Air is our rental company’s go-to for maintenance and repairs, and we’re so glad they are! We’ve had great experiences with both Luke and Taylor. Luke was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough — he even entertained our toddler’s random stream of things he wanted to show him. Taylor has also been wonderful every time he’s come out! Friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. We are so appreciative!

Had a plumbing technician stop by to snake one of my toilets. Lael was very attentive and patient with me asking lots of questions. Got some really good answers about water pressure and plumbing noises. Although the final snake of my mainline had to be referred to another company the next day, I was shocked to find out that my original visit was no charge to me from Horsetooth HVAC and Plumbing!!

Josh did a routine service check yesterday on our HVAC installed by HHA&P last summer. He discovered the humidifier was not properly installed/working and fixed that for us. He also educated us on the condensate filter, which we had no idea existed and needed to be monitored.

I'm disappointed these were missed in the original install, but I also understand a new HVAC system is a large project and things happen. Thanks again to Josh for being so thorough in his inspection and taking the time to educate us.

Josh was great. He was polite, got to work quickly, answered questions, and cleaned up after himself. Typical of the good service I've gotten from Horsetooth techs. Horsetooth does good work and they're very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very glad we chose them to install and service our new furnace.

Came home and the furnace had stoped workong. Josh was able to come out and get it back up and running plus some cleaning to prevent a return trip in just a couple hours. Super personable and explained everything he was doing step by step without up-sale like most of the big name companies do. Was a pleasure.

Steve and Luke came out this morning for routine maintenance of our furnace. They were friendly and thorough during their inspection. They helped solve an issue with our thermostat that has been an issue for the last couple seasons. Highly recommend.

Great local company that provides an excellent service. We hired Horsetooth Heating and Air to install a mini split system at our home in North Fort Collins . We worked with Jay throughout the project, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. His team was super nice and very skilled. Great quality, excellent customer service.
