Fort Collins heating and air conditioning installed our new mini split AC unit today! Considering my wife only called them last Friday we are astounded that it’s already installed. Our entire experience with FCHA has been amazing. Thayne, the effervescent gentleman who helped us pick out the right unit on Saturday, was a joy to work with and really REALLY knew his stuff. We so appreciated the extra time he took to optimize our rebates and tax credits.

Today Evan and his crew arrived right when they said they would and got right to work. They were professional!, Courteous and diligent. They all seemed to actually enjoy working together!. And they were respectful of not only us and our property but of each other. What a treat it was to watch them work together. And the quality of the work was first class. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. HIRE THEM!

I recently had a new heat pump (heat/a/c) and a tankless water heater installed by Fort Collins Heating & Air, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Had a water heater replaced. Joe P, Journeyman Plumber, did a great job from quoting to installation. He was respectful, and knowledgeable. I learned a few things along the way. I would use FC Heating and Air Conditioning (aka Original) again for my plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Bradley and Zachary on the install, they were courteous to clean up the job site. They explained everything they walked me through the product. I’d also share the selling process was thorough and fast, it was very much appreciated to get them out for a quote and to have such a quick turnaround with the install, especially when my AC unit went down

We have used FCHA on several occasions as a second opinion on hvac work needing done. On all of these occasions they have come back with not only lower quotes but sometimes showing why no additional work was even needed, saving us thousands of dollars. Most recently another hvac company told us our heat exchanger was out and needing to be replaced and at that point we may as well replace the whole furnace. FCHA ran their diagnostics and found no issues. This literally saved us $10k. I can not recommend them more. Every technician we have worked with has been friendly, professional, and honest. The most recent being Blake. Five stars.

Joe came out to repair an issue in my guest bath shower but went above and beyond to look at another issue under my master sink while he was here. He was able to fix both concerns quickly, thoroughly and explained the process to me which was extremely helpful and reassuring. He let me know what to look out for, for future concerns and when to call back. We were able to discuss and setup a maintenance program for my HVAC and AC unit as well.
Joe was very professional, thorough, knowledgable and timely during the appointment. Would definitely recommend using Origin for any service you are needing.

Adam was super friendly and engaging, and explained in detail why our 12+ year old water tank had stopped functioning, as well as why it needed to be replaced. He also explained our options for replacement versus upgrade, and what the pros and cons were of each given our needs. We planned for a replacement tank system, including bringing it up to code. I signed the docs and he returned with the new equipment. I was super impressed with the understanding and integrity of FoCo Heating and Air when our plans changed unexpectedly (a dear friend had a tankless system in hand and could install at an unusually low price) and they were willing (in spite of my signed contract) to change course even after having brought the new equipment over. I have always been impressed with FoCo Heating and Air’s responsiveness, service quality and pricing; now also their integrity; and will continue to trust them with additional needs. (They installed a top of line HVAC system 4 years ago and their service has always been impeccable.)

Hunter, a technician from FC heating and air came to our home to do a furnace tune-up. The company gave us a 2 hour time window (which they met) and before the technicians arrival, they sent a text to let us know that he was 5 minutes away. In addition to the time, they let us know the name of the technician and included a brief bio. I really appreciated the information. When Hunter arrived he was friendly, polite and well spoken. He even had shoe covers for his feet! When the tune up was complete Hunter let me know that everything looked good with the furnace. There were no surprises, no additional fees. I highly recommend Fort Collins Heating and Air!

We discovered that our outside spigot wasn't drained after a contractor used it. The pipe froze, broke, and water was leaking in the basement and through the siding. We called Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing right away. They sent Marshall over the next day (It only leaked when the outside water was on, so not a dire emergency). Marshall was able to come early. He called first to make sure that was okay. He got right to work, replaced the damaged pipe and connections, and thoroughly checked for leaks. He explained everything he did, and was so personable, polite, and knowledgeable. We are very happy, and hope to see him again when we have our annual plumbing inspection by Fort Collins Heating and Air, and Plumbing!

Excellent service today, and we have had excellent service and prompt help when we needed it for many years. Today, Damian came out and helped us diagnose a problem with our leach-field. He took measurements, photos and provided a synopsis of our sewage tank and drain issues. He was thoroughly professional, courteous, and very patient to answer any questions we had. The visit and his diagnosis cost us nothing because we were signed up for their special customer service maintenance plan. Highly recommend ensuring these fine professionals have your backs on HVAC and plumbing issues.

Shaun and Jake came to check why my furnace was making an unusual noise. They determined the blower motor was not working properly. I elected to have it replaced. Shaun had to get the part, but once he returned it only took an hour to replace. They both worked quickly and efficiently. Both Shaun and Jake were friendly and polite.

Micah is an impressive technician. His customer service is excellent arriving on time, sharing his knowledge about the problem, providing a solution, and making sure the problem was resolved before leaving. The company provides excellent customer service.

After having my old heater serviced, I decided to purchase a new heater. Josh took the time to discuss my various options to fit my budget, Arron and Adam did a great job building my new heating system, and Peter made some final adjustments; my new heater is working great! Thank you to all of you!

Micah installed an Ecobee thermostat for us. The installation went smoothly and Micah took the time needed to explain everything to us. This
was a very good experience. It is a pleasure to work with Fort Collins Heating and Air. We have done a lot of business with them and their employees are very professional and their service is exceptional.

Had Shaun County come out and help. He did an amazing job getting our gas fireplace going. Was here early, got right to it and and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Jason and his colleague came today to install a new side-arm water heater. Jason not only proactively identified the problem with our old unit before a larger issue could materialize, but he also took extra time to put together an accurate bid, inclusive of an additional stop to our residence. During the install, Jason and his colleague were both comprehensive and detailed, resulting in a high degree of quality. They clearly communicated all steps and thoroughly tested the whole system to ensure proper functionality before departing. We would highly recommend Jason and his colleague for any furnace related issues.

I have never had a better technician than Courtney from my furnace. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me about my furnace that nobody has ever taken the time to do before. She was very thorough, prompt, clean, everything that one could ask for on a pro, professional and educated technician. She is top-notch and I will be asking for her to do work every time if possible.

Brandon was extremely helpful, informative, and right on time! I would definitely ask for him again.

We also had Zach come out to install a smart thermostat when I wasn’t sure whether it would work with our system which includes a humidifier. He found a way to make it work! Both Zach and Brandon did excellent jobs for us! We’ll definitely be using Fort Collins Heating and Air again.
