Brady was beyond great. He is very personable and professional. He got to work right away after checking with me about why I called for service. He showed me an issue with our furnace venting that might have actually affected our health and wellbeing!

He installed a new thermostat and helped to get it set up. He was very clear about what the service would cost and I appreciated the fact that we weren’t charged an extra fee for using a credit card.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Brady. Also, we were recommended to you by our son, Steven Anderson, and very pleased that all went smoothly.

Thank you to Carrington, David and Bradley for the new heating and cooling system. The estimator was able to come out the day I called and the work was done by the end of the same week. It was a big job taking several days and I appreciate their professionalism, pride in workmanship and friendliness with my family and pets. I've had the need to work with three different divisions of Fort Collins Heating and Air/ Origin and have noticed that all of the employees enjoy working for the company. That speaks volumes of a company which shows integrity and values their employees.

Juan, Fabian, and Luke were a fantastic team for our heat pump, furnace, and water heater installation. They had excellent communication throughout the process, kept the home clean, and walked us through the process to operate the thermostat. Their attention to detail, ensuring everything was done to our standards (tying back wires, etc.), made it a great experience. Highly recommend their service and the Bryant/Bradford White equipment.

Joe and Damian were great. They were efficient, clean, professional, and friendly. They did a ton of work and were able to get it done in a single day!
They made sure I understood everything they did, the next steps that would happen, such as the city inspector and their scheduling, and also how to to get the most out of all the new equipment.

I am very satisfied with our new heat-pump furnace and air conditioning system from Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning. Lucas and Evan did an excellent job installing the new system. They we on-time and professional during the installation, always keeping us informed during the process. They were clean and respectful of our home. They even worked extra time the first of two days to make sure we had heat from the new furnace during the night. Lucas was especially helpful in explaining the system and safety features to us, as well as helping us set up the new smart thermostat. Overall, it was a positive experience to have a professional team installing our new system.

We needed to get our 12 year old furnace replaced as it was giving us issues and the last thing I wanted to do was limp into winter with a furnace that was on the fritz.

I had been working with another HVAC company for regular maintenance and they gave me a quote but I wanted to keep them honest is I called around for a few other quotes.

I worked with Derek and he was a pleasure to work with. He told me about the company (which no other company did) and why he’s been with FC H&A for so long. The pricing was competitive and he educated me on some local rebates.

After moving forward with their proposal they were quick to get us scheduled. The installation took two days. Arron and Adam came out to rip out the old system and begin installing the new system. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. The cool thing about working with FC H&A was that they were able to get custom sheet metal designed and delivered quickly to make the system look cleaner than the previous system.

After day 1 they made sure I had heat in my home, as it was getting colder, and came back the next day to finish the job. Arron came back on day two, finished the installation, cleaned up, and did a walkthrough with my wife and I.

So far I’m impressed with FC H&A and I look forward to working with them more.

The crew that came to install our new unit was on time very professional. They explained what they would doing. They covered our wooden with protective pads. They let us know everything they were doing and asked if we had questions. They cleaned up every day when they were done. Once the unit was installed they went through everything that we would need to know. We were very pleased with everything thing that they did. We would highly recommend this crew and company to anyone looking to purchase a new furnace heat pump unit.

I had Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning come out and install a Bryant Heat Pump, 90% condensing furnace. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. Chris came out to give me estimate. It was directly down to business no games, no sales job. I had 4 companies come to give me estimates to replace my 27 year old single stage goodman furnace, no air conditioning. Chris advised me that there was this (income based) HEAR program through the Colorado Energy Office. This helped me immensely to make my decision to choose the Bryant Heat Pump System. Chris kept me advised throughout the application process to install. He setup, coordinated and scheduled (along with the office staff, I believe was Lisa, my apologies can't recall) A-Z to do a weekend install. I was sent notifications who was arriving along with picture and background info. Arron and Adam arrived introduced themselves very professional and friendly, laid down tarps, put on booties and advised me to the steps of the install. Arron informed, advised and educated me throughout the install. He would explain to me the system breaking it down and it's capabilities. The install as you can see from the photos was so professionally and esthetically done, great job! Had electrician Kanner arrived day 1 of install introduced himself and got right work, he was here and gone. Luke arrived I believe it was day 2 of install introduced himself and got right to work. Fabian was here on day 2 to assist Aaron with the install. He was professional, personable and friendly. He arrived introduced himself and went right to work. On the last day of install Aaron patched up and (Arron and Fabian) assisted with making the system mouse proof outside, cleaned up and closed up windows. See photo. This was a non-stressful, pleasant and professional experience. Thank you! Already loving the new system can't wait till it hits 100 to 105 to check out my new cooling this summer!

Technician Josh was on-time, courteous, skilled and had no reservation about running out to get a part he needed for our elderly furnace. Upon return he had the part quickly installed, the appliance cleaned, tuned-up and was on his way. Five stars!

Luke F. Came by to do my HVAC service. He has got to be one of the most professional guys in the business. He was kind, honest, and respectful. He did an amazing job and made sure everything was safe for my home and my family. Thanks a million Luke!!!

Luke was out for my annual inspection, he was very pleasant, friendly, and professional. I thought he was thorough and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. He made sure to address any questions I had before he left.

I found Horsetooth to be priced fairly, and willing to come out to give a quote to ensure there would be no surprises. Matt and Justin showed up on time and had my hot water heater swapped out in a couple of hours. Overall a very positive experience and I can recommend Horsetooth to my friends.

Tech thought issue was gasline was closed. I stressed it was not the issue. I closed the valve in the event of a leak. I shared that when I turned the unit on it did not click or attempt to light. I shut everything down before tech arrived for 4 hours. It apparentely started right up when he arrived. I explanied what I noticed. He then checked component that was sensitive and clicked on and off. He ordered the part and will install at a later date. He suggested I tap the sensor if the unit did not fire up.

Justin from Horsetooth Heating and Air was awesome! Super courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He arrived about 20 minutes after my initial call! He had our sink drain issue fixed up quick and left the sink base looking better than ever. Excellent work. We’ll be calling Horsetooth Heating and Air for ALL of our plumbing and HVAC service. This review is for both Jacob and Dylan. They were both very friendly and easy to talk to. They jumped right in assess the problem and got it all fixed in a very quick manner. Then they cleaned up, cleaned up the floor that was soaked in water and even rubbed it down with rags so it was nice and clean. I really appreciate their skill, their respectful manner and the way in which they worked.

My furnace went out in the middle of a Sat night. I called Horsetooth Heating early Sun morning and they came in 15 minutes. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company and will use in the future.

I highly recommend Horsetooth Heating and Air! Our air conditioner finally stopped running and after getting several proposals, we went with Horsetooth; fair pricing and great customer service from start to finish from everyone we worked with. We decided to go with a heat pump instead of an air conditioner and it was the right decision for us! Ben was great on the front end with the proposal and financing. He came on the day of install to check that everything was going well. Cory and Ridge did an excellent job on the install, and they took the time to explain the system to us and answer our questions. We noticed after the install that there was a high-pitched sound coming from the unit. The company owner, Kyle, came right out and made the needed adjustment to the unit to stop the sound. We are so pleased with our heat pump and the professional service we received from Horsetooth Heating and Air!

We had our heater go out, and the service tech, Luke that came out was so kind and fast! He was knowledgeable and told us what the issue was. 10/10 recommend.
