We had a wonderful installation of our new Heat Pump Furnace and Air Conditioning Unit with Horsetooth Heating and Cooling.Cory and Ridge got the job done very efficiently and were knowledgeable about the products they install. They were super mindful of our dog and cat who like to sneak out the front doors if they can. Cory explained our system clearly to us and Ridge did a wonderful job of loading and unloading all the moving parts and cleaning up at the end of the day.
Ben was our first contact with the company and sold us on the efficiency of this new system and the special rebates and easy financing available. Kyle the owner even showed up on day one to see how all was progressing! This company is top notch with what they sell and especially with customer service. We are so glad we called them!

Had Taylor come for a HVAC maintenance and it was an amazing experience. It was our first time using Horsetooth Heating, Air & Plumbing's and Taylor spent over two hours working on our system testing it, cleaning it, and getting it into great condition for the season. He then took the time to talk with us about what he did and how the system was working. We appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us on a bunch of stuff as has happened to us in the past by other companies.

Everything from scheduling, to the appointment, and post-visit follow up has been great. We are happy to have found our new go-to HVAC company and 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I can not say enough how pleased I am with this company. Scott & Luke came out and did a service on my hvac and noticed faulty work done prior when installed a couple years ago by another company. Not only did they correct this issue but professionally serviced it as well with a great attitude. I highly recommend them as well as getting their maint program. Thank you

We’re always so happy with the service we receive from Horsetooth Heating, Air & Plumbing. When our pressure relief valve failed they sent Justin out right away to fix it. Justin did a phenomenal job and took extra time to explain things to me. He was professional, knowledgeable and even stayed late on a Friday afternoon to make sure all my questions were answered and that everything was working as it should. Really appreciate having a company we can trust to do the job right for a fair price!

I can't say enough good things about Horsetooth Heating, Air & Plumbing! They came and took care of my furnace when the company who installed it less than 6 months ago, wouldn't. They found an issue with my water heater that could have been detrimental and were out the next day installing a new water heater. Both the furnace and water heater guys took their time explaining the issues and resolutions and fixed them quickly. Love these guys!

We just had a tech come to our home and do a furnace inspection and he was great! We had a different company come and they told us we needed $3000 worth of work but Horsetooth said our furnace was working great. I feel these people are very trustworthy! Highly Recommend.

We recently had a new Rheem furnace, AC/heat pump system, and Navien tankless water heater installed, and the entire experience was excellent. Jacob, Dylann, Justin, and Matt handled the water heater installation with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. Drew and Cory installed the furnace and dual climate system with great care and precision.

We’re especially grateful to Ben for his initial guidance and for assisting with some details during installation, and to Kyle for going above and beyond by stopping by after hours to resolve a quick connection issue. Every step of the process was handled with outstanding service.

Misha provided excellent service and support with scheduling and all my questions. Jay S provided our quotes (HVAC and insulation) and was so knowledgeable, informative, reliable, enthusiastic, and accomodating to ensure we had each and every one of our questions answered thoroughly. The subcontractors for insulation (Koala: Sergio and team) were excellent and Horsetooth communicated all aspects of the job well so the job went smoothly. Horsetooth Hearing and Air just finished installing our ductless cooling & heat mini split system and we couldn’t be happier! The technicians, Corey and Ridge, were polite, friendly, efficient, and very professional. The service we got from Ben and Misha in the office was also top-notch. The owner, Kyle, even stopped by twice to check on the progress. We are 100% satisfied with the placement, aesthetics, and performance of the units. I was nervous to call a company for a water heater issue, my friend was busy and I needed hot water assp. I'm so glad I called these guys!!!!! Great experience, the men were extremely knowledgeable. They found and corrected issues from past installs, what a good friend I have jkjk! I had Jacob & Lael come to my house to replace the 17 year-old water heater. They were on time Professional nice did an amazing job and made sure everything was in working order. I really don’t know how much more you could ask. Just a fantastic experience. I would recommend Horsetooth heating and air and feel confident that they would make me look good thank you.!

Horsetooth HVAC is definitely a 5 star company in every way. On examination our poorly functioning 20 year old system was near total failure. My son is a 100% disabled Vet and heating and AC are vital to him. Realizing total replacement was necessary but would be difficult in many ways- Horsetooth HVAC pursued a program for total system replacement. They coordinated with Rheem, FOOTHILLS Electric and Wounded Warriors for the total replacement. The team were so kind, professional and skilled as they carried out the miracle! The work was done to the highest standards and with such respect! We totally recommend this company and my son is now in a safe and comfortable environment. We recommend them highly and appreciate this company in every way!!

We had Horsetooth Heating, Air and Plumbing come out for some more intensive cleaning for our HVAC before the winter weather starts. We were happy to see that Josh, our last technician, was the one to come out again. He was on time, very efficient and communicated well. He explained the process and what the results would be. Very happy with his professionalism and expertise. We are looking forward to seeing him again for our next maintenance!

We had an excellent experience with Horsetooth Heating and Air! Last month, a different local company overlooked our blown furnace motor, which created a hazardous situation. After a recommendation from the fire department, we turned to Horsetooth Heating and Air, and they were incredibly helpful right from the first call—clearly explaining our options and accommodating the mistakes that were made from the other company.
Ben was fantastic to work with; he patiently helped us select the right equipment and made sure the whole plan fit our needs perfectly. The installation team—Damion, Roman, and Lars— worked very timely, professionally, and knowledgeably. The owner, Kyle, even stopped by on the final install day. They kept the work area inside and outside of the home clean throughout and even added helpful labels on the new units (like filter change instructions) so we’d know exactly what to do going forward.
We can’t recommend Horsetooth Heating and Air highly enough. We’re thrilled with the new units we have, and we have complete confidence in the quality of their work!

I am having quite a bit of difficulty with this company and scheduling, recently paid twenty thousand dollars for a furnace and water heater, the work went alright besides taking a few extra hours because they brought the wrong furnace up and had to wait for the right one to come. Then after the work is completed I'm made aware that I need an inspection done to make sure all the components arent leaking gas. To get this inspection done apparently it's a whole day of waiting at the house for these people who won't give out a time of day to show up. Lions scheduling called me three times a day for three days without leaving messages so I have no clue who keeps calling but they're trying to get the inspection done. When I'm finally able to get a whole free day off to give without pay they cancel my inspection morning of with no helpful options except "we're sorry this process can be frustrating." So far they've wasted my time, my money and been very difficult to work with. They just refused to have a manager call us and are blaming the town I live in along with holiday scheduling can be difficult even though I made this appt five weeks ago. This place is getting worse the more they back themselves into a corner by lying and not being helpful to people who just paid them 20k. This response from them has been extremely unprofessional and I don't recommended these overpriced services with the lack of customer service. Find someone who will call you back and not reschedule morning of after overcharging.

Maintenance check on 26 year old furnace, last checked 5 years ago. Clearly needed replacement. Excellent evaluation with detailed explanation of findings and thorough review of replacement options by tech Gabe. Removal/replacement performed by Daniele and Trent several days later, again with full explanations and instructions They did an excellent job and left the area clean as a whistle

I had Taylor Longwell the plumber out for both hot water. My pilot light went out front the wind and he got it started right back up with no problems. He didn't even charge me!! He is an amazing technician and person. Thank you Taylor and lion home service. If you need a plumber call and ask for Taylor longwell

Jerry came today to do our plumbing general inspection and he was great! I appreciated him pointing out some things that we need to think about.

Tyler Longwell was great. He answered all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, was clean, and quick. He did a water heater flush and annual maintenance.
