It would be great if a business didn't hang up on me multiple times. Hold for 15 min at a time just to be hung up on!!

NOTE: Saturdays are not open on the showroom side! Wish we knew before we drove an hour out of the way. Tried calling prior to leaving but no response. My review is purely on the hours not the service. Will try to go back a different day

I ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. Three phone calls to the store and all I have are apologies and promises but not the item I ordered. It would have been here over a week ago had I ordered on Amazon but wanted to shop local. So much for good intentions. I will never shop at Ferguson Plumbing again.

A simple rubber ring solved the conversation from 45 year old plumbing to modern repair. Bless you 🙏. Husband thought R n R was still in business but so pleased with Ferguson after husband spent almost two hours with Home Depot employees who were not able to help. FOUR of them. Not at all expert, sorry 😔

Working with a personal sales rep at Ferguson was so helpful and Kristina talked through all the details with me. She helped guide me on plmbing choices in my 4 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. Be sure to make an appointment with her as she is their only sales rep at this location. Highly recommend working with her!

After visiting many showrooms to find a new range for our kitchen were remodeling, we stumbled into Ferguson and met Kristina. Instantly she was different than all the other sales people we’ve been dealing with. She was patient, not pushy, was able to offer many comparable ranges. She had the knowledge and taught us a few things that we didn’t know even after many many weeks of research. We finally settled on a wolf range, and we can’t be more excited. The process was easy, flawless and didn’t feel like the other showrooms we visited. We still have bathrooms to remodel and we will for sure be visiting Kristina to help us with our needs.

I was sent to Ferguson in Fort Collins by my plumber to pick out some fixtures (tub/toilet/parts) for a bathroom remodel and was extremely happy with the service provided by Kristina. Not only was she knowledgeable about all the items we needed, but she was able to loan us samples so that we could see the colors with our tile. We were so happy with the service and pricing that I just went back and ordered a new kitchen sink. Thanks Kristina for making our decision making process easier and giving us someone to talk to that actually know the product. Who needs the big box stores when for the same price you can get the product with the service you deserve!
