Travis and his helper came on time. They did a great job of communicating and setting expectations for what they would do and the price I would pay. They were both very friendly and professional. They quickly went to work and together uncovered the problem and fixed it right. They then went above and beyond to clean a few other things up to ensure we were safe and taken care of. We’ve used these guys numerous times. Their pricing has always been up front and honest. Their electricians have been good at their work and great communicators. We had one instance where the inspector wanted the install done a little differently and the electrician was out the next day (Saturday) to complete the job at no additional cost. Thanks guys!

I really liked the quick response when I requested quote for home boiler repair Friday morning. They had a service man to our home that afternoon
Stephen was quite knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem. He also taught me alot about our boiler/radiator/water heater system in the process. He ordered the part but couldn't get it in until Monday so he devised a safe temporary fix that gave us heat over the weekend. He came back today and completed the job as scheduled. Cost of repair was reasonable. I will use Lighten Up for future repairs and service.

I bought a fixer-upper earlier this year knowing that I was going to need a lot of plumbing and electrical work done. So I was thrilled to find a one-stop shop for all my plumbing and electrical needs. Lighten Up dispatched 2 technicians to my house on the same afternoon to quote a total of 13 separate projects for me. Caleb and Carey were prompt, courteous, patient and informative. In fact, they were both genuinely likable guys. They took time to understand what end results I was looking for and then helped me to understand what they could do to help me achieve those results. They provided me with options for each project, not just one solution. And for several projects...they were able to simplify ideas that I had made overly complicated and costly...saving me time and money. Additionally, Carey fixed 3 of my plumbing issues on the spot for a price tag that still left me smiling. That's saying something! Another bonus - they provide their quotes electronically so we were able to review the quotes while they were still in the room with me and the could address any questions I had directly. I now have a thorough action plan and budget for how to approach my fixer-upper in the coming year. I can initiate the plan in phases and feel confident that I know exactly what to expect as we enter each phase. I am so very pleased that I called Lighten Up. Not only would I call them again for any of the services they offer, but I would ask for both Caleb and Carey again. Cheers!!!

We had a very strange electrical problem at the house. Caleb arrived exactly at the time of the scheduled appointment. He was thorough, professional, listened, and then gave an estimate of what he thought might be the necessary repair. He was completely correct, fixed the problem immediately, clearly explained everything he did. I would absolutely recommend Caleb and Lighten Up.

Caleb was wonderful. He explained all the options for the work that needed to be done in a very clear manner. His work was precise and meticulous and even did a couple of extra things without charging me. Very pleasant to work with, I'd definitely call him again.

It is rare that you schedule an appointment with any servicing company where the technicians not only arrive in your house during the allotted time range, but actually show up EARLY! That's exactly what happened though last Friday with our Lighten Up techs last week. After having to reschedule due to water main issues that kept Lighten Up from servicing our furnace the week before, the guys definitely made good by arriving to our house early! They were quite knowledgeable in what needed to be fixed (a new ignigtor) and also helped with a couple of plumbing/toilet related questions I had for them as well. Very helpful, quick, efficient technicians. There's a reason this was the second time we've requested help from Lighten Up and will continue to keep them as our "go to' for Furnace, and Plumbing technicians. Thanks again Lighten Up!

These guys were fantastic and deserve 5 stars on two recent projects. Reuben set me up with a new tankless water heater in a very tight crawl space under my 100+ year old house. Its great and I love it. More recently, we found that a section of my kitchen drainage had deteriorated and was leaking under the house. Ben was able to get a crew there the day after I called. After the job was completed, he told me that it wasn't as tough as they expected and were able to refund me several hundred dollars back. This is the first that has ever happened to me - and as a result, this is the first review I've ever posted. The hospitality, service and professionalism of everybody I talked to at Lighten Up Plumbing was outstanding, and I highly recommend them.

Ben was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. We scheduled an appointment for 2 running toilets and he quickly identified a larger problem with our home's water pressure regulation. He also quickly and efficiently replaced our very old water heater and installed a thermal expansion tank to ensure our home would be safe and efficient for years to come. Lighten up was very quick at getting back with me on a quote for wiring in a hot tub. I had done a request online and within the hour I was called and an appointment was set up for the next morning. Caleb was right on time and within half hour he had the quote written up and ready. They we're able to install everything for the hot tub that day and it only took them maybe an hour. I'm very happy with how fast and efficient these guys are and what a professional job they did. The price was a little higher than I expected but I'm happy with it and I will be using them in the future.

We used Lighten Up to replace a failing water heater and our experience was absolutely 5-star. The plumber who led our job was professional, organized and very detail- and quality-oriented. We were blown away seeing how their team of plumbers and furnace technicians worked together to get our job done right and wouldn't rest until it was. After remodeling my kitchen I needed a garbage disposal plumbed, wired and connected to the new sink. The first company I called couldn't do the job so I contacted LightenUp and I am thankful I did. Caleb my electrician was prompt and professional. He evaluated my situation and offered several options even ones I hadn't considered. He was quick to get the job done and I was happy with the work. Seth came right afterwards to address the plumbing. Although this was a tougher task and took a bit longer, he gave me 100% outstanding service the whole time. I am impressed with this company. Customer service is a big deal for me and they definitely met my high standards. I will use them again!!

Our water heater went out over the weekend. I contacted Lighten Up Plumbing and Heating on Monday and they had a technician to our home the same day. They installed a new water heater on Tuesday as promised. I was so impressed with the prompt, professional and courteous service. I highly recommend Lighten Up.

Great experience getting an estimate. Appreciate the simple pricing with no hidden charges. Seth spent time getting to know our needs to replace our water heater and then gave an honest evaluation and a couple options. Also had a chance to ask about our baseboard heaters. Appreciate one company that can do all the work and not having to work with multiple companies for electrical and plumbing.

Charles is a very competent and thorough plumber. He looked for every possible reason for my kitchen leak. As a senior woman I love this company because I never feel cheated. Prices are very reasonable. Also appreciate getting a live voice as early as 7:15 am when I called for the appointment. Celeste is wonderful to speak with. She knows what questions to ask to help the plumber understand how to work with the problem.

This company is worth every star in the 5 star rating. I had a water heater go out. I called in the morning around 7:30 am. The technician, Kyle, showed up around 9:00 am. After discussing all the options, I decided to replace the water heater. He had everything replaced by mid-day.
The entire experience was great, from the initial call with the dispatcher, to wrapping up with the technician. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and I will.

The tech who came out for a routine furnace check did a great job explaining & showing possible issues that could happen sooner rather than later. My furnace is about 16yrs old so I wasn't surprised it had some failing parts. Service was efficient and professional, the company's communication showed attention to peoples living schedules. Overall I expect to use Lighten Up again in the future.
