I needed an unusual size shower and ordered online through Home Depot. I placed my first order in April and the shower was damaged. I ordered 4 more times with continuous issues and problems. By mid June, we had made our fifth attempt to order the shower which was also a fail.
A friend referred me to Hughes. I called and placed an order with Leigh and within the same week, got the shower delivered for free and undamaged. Additionally, their price was better than Home Depot. Their customer service is exceptional. I will go to them for all my kitchen and bathroom needs.

This place and all that work there are amazing. It doesn't matter if it's the show room staff or the counter staff or warehouse staff. They are all highly respectful wildly knowledgeable. I've had the pleasure of working with these fine people for a multitude of years. I highly recommend them.

These guys are so great!! We came in needed help figuring out how to set up of sink and they all jumped right on it even though they were close to closing that day. They found the most cost effective way to help us out and helped us understand! Yall rock!

Wow I have never experienced a more disrespectful business in my life. Bought some parts the other day ended up not working and had to go another route. Sent my employee to return the parts and there employees were more than rude. Were talking crap to there other colleagues about us returning the parts right in front of my employee. I was about to open up an account there as we do a ton of business in Fort Collins and usually use other suppliers but will definitely not be now. He made a comment your really returning everything in this invoice. Let’s just say I will be making it my personal goal to see this employee gets repercussions. I own a very reputable business in Fort Collins and would fire any employee that treated a customer like this. Good luck this place won’t be in business long treating people like that. If the owner sees this I suggest you reach out to come to a resolution.

My husband and I run a General Contracting business and have worked with Hughes Plumbing for many years. I specifically work with Leigh, Ellie, and Brooke and they are all wonderful to work with and very knowledgable. The Hughes Showroom always has the latest in plumbing fixtures. Whenever we need to order anything from the showroom or the warehouse they get it done fast. Thank you guys!

Joshua from On Grade just completed the installation of a utility sink and swap of our kitchen sink and faucet. He did a fantastic job and with great attention to detail. Even the new lines in our unfinished basement are very neat and professional looking. We will definitely call him for our future plumbing needs!

OnGrade helped redo my bathroom toilet, shower and vanity! Everything looks great, the guys are all friendly. This is the only company I'll use moving forward

Kitchen faucet was leaking into the cabinet. On grade was on time and fixed the faucet quickly. Mentioned the thermostat was t working and they put a new one in for me for a few hundred dollars. Now I can control the heat and ac from my phone.

Colton replaced my water softener and flushed my water heater. He was prompt, made helpful suggestions, and kept a clean work environment. His price was lower than I expected. I was very pleased and will use him and this company again.

Had an emergent exterior yard hydrant leak. Without an isolation valve, needed to turn off water to entire property including our house. OnGrade answered the phone and scheduled a master plumber to arrive the same day. After discussing the potential cause, had a very honest and thorough conversation regarding repairs, cost and scheduling. To my surprise, OnGrade was able to schedule the repair first thing the next morning. Josh and Rick were both incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in their repair and excavation skills. Photos of pre work and post work were attached to the invoice. Plumbing repairs are always inconvenient and costly, however the timeliness and professionalism OnGrade showed was truly impressive. They will be my first call for any future plumbing or septic needs. I will absolutely recommend OnGrade to friends, family, and neighbors.

We were in a bit of a crunch with leaking water in our upstairs shower. I called today and they had Josh out here in 2-ish hours. Excellent service from the phone call to project being done. Highly recommend.

Joshua and his team were phenomenal! We just moved into a new house and our inspector had recommended a hydrojet cleaning based on the sewer scope. Joshua did a thorough cleaning and descaling of our house's old cast iron pipes, preparing the space with plastic to avoid damage, sending photos/videos of the process for my records, and generally being a great communicator. He also helpfully answered a question I had about DIY fixing my toilet. Trust these folks with your plumbing needs - worth it!!

John was prompt, was extremely professional. He explained everything to a "T" and asked detailed questions pertaining to the job and how it would be completed. When I was asking questions about the way a job was done and why it was done a particular way, he was very clear and concise in his explanations. I liked the fact that he was confident and knew his job completely and thoroughly. I wouldn't have any hesitation in hiring John for this job. John did an excellent job on repairing and installing new shower fittings, knobs and heads. Absolutely wonderful!!

We had the pleasure in working with Wes who was very compassionate and understanding when it came to a faulty, improperly installed AC unit by Four Seasons and made sure to make us a priority to get us a properly installed, functioning AC unit as we were experiencing 90+ degree weather. Lighten Up knows how to hire the right people to do the job and do not cut corners like other companies do (e.g. Four Seasons).
Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lighten Up - you will not regret working with them and their amazing employees.

Technician was knowledgeable, experienced, straightforward with prices and friendly. You can't beat the $29 diagnostic fee. The day before I spent $98 to have a plumber from a different company come out and give an estimate which was ultimately not within our budget. He left with my hundred bucks and still had all the same plumbing issues to deal with.
