This place is Magical. When you walk into the store it has a sense of no compromise. The people at the front desk are on top of their game and made my experience feel warm and welcome.

Worst advice ever! I'm a dumb girl and I know you don't use just any adhesive to repair a loose faucet handle cap when the handle has an interior screw. I called looking for plumbing advice and product to solve the minor plumbing issue. Basically it was inferred my question was dumb, as no one had ever asked him that before. He tells me to go to Home Depot and buy one of their many adhesives. Imagine attempting to remove that cap to repair the handle if I used JBweld or liquid nails. My husband has been given the same type of unsound advice from the same employee. Thankfully we aren't totally ignorant about plumbing.

Beautiful showroom with a wide selection of upscale fixtures. Top notch, knowledgeable service in the showroom and in the pickup/contractor area. Many of the faucets are functioning so you can actually test them out. There is also an area with tubs, showers, towel heaters, etc. for demonstration. Best pricing in town for plumbing needs.

The men in the warehouse were rude and short with me when trying to find parts. I was sent across the parking lot to the showroom to figure out parts that turns out they could have helped in the warehouse. Luckily the showroom was able to help me out, again having to head across the parking lot to get the piece, not friendly at all if you have mobility issues. The warehouse guys were more worried about joking around than helping out. Would not recommend.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Show room had large selection of different fixtures on display. Phone App that associates had made looking up detailed specs quick and easy.

We recently worked with Brooke at Hughes Plumbing Supply and couldn't be happier with their products and customer service! We purchased an amazing MTI bathtub, sinks, shower pan, several faucets, toilets and water filters. Brooke was incredibly helpful along the way. We will definitely be using Hughes on our next project.

After shopping for faucets at many different plumbing stores in the Ft Collins area I was referred to Hughes. I am so glad that I gave them an opportunity. These are the nicest most professional people in the business! Brook in sales was respectful and knowledgeable. What a great experience

This is the best supply house in Northern Colorado. They are professional, punctual, and determined to get you the parts you need. Jay at the counter is especially helpful, I think he may be the most knowledgeable person I've ever met. He is smart, handsome, and funny. Hughes supply is truly lucky to have employee as good as Jay and he needs a raise!

Good quality products at outrageous prices for walk ins. I would recommend finding an actual plumbing company to get you a discount. They have a nice selection to choose from and the display area is top notch. From my personal experience the staff in the showroom is very flakey so you have to try and get their attention, then follow up with them repeatedly. I had to call them to order, call them to pay half and once my stuff was in they did'nt bother to call me either. Who knows how long it sat in their warehouse.... They have no interest in customer service, maybe because I was not paying retail? Idk. I would probably shop around to be honest. They were recommended by a plumber friend who gave me a heads up about the situation before I even walked in there.
