They got to me within hours of my phone call. And good thing too. My furnace was giving off Carbon monoxide. They let me know immediately and shut down the furnace immediately. Thank you for getting here so fast.

Was quick to respond but pricey. Was able to negotiate a better price but historically plumbing almost always exposes additional problems that must be addressed and this was no exception. Leaking bathroom sink resulted in new sink new wall valves and the main house shutoff valve was defective.

Great service and did military discount. Prices were a bit higher than I’ve paid in the recent past with other companies but employees did a good job and had good customer service.

Brandon did a fantastic job. Very friendly and good at his job. I appreciated him very much.

Blake was a great service expert. Highly recommend working with him if you get a chance. He was considerate with noise and time, fixed our problem with no complaints.

Called for a toilet backup, and Alex at the office was so helpful. Had 2 technicians out within 2 hours. They did a very thorough check, and found some more issues. Made sure to go over everything and gave us options to fix. Showed up the very next day to finish the work. Bryan, Levi and Rob were all very professional. We’ll be using this company again for sure.

Trey was on time and had several repair options for my wife and I to choose from. He went above and beyond to listen to my suggestions for routing the gas lines. Our water heater broke Saturday and they came first thing Monday morning to get us up and running again. Levi and Brandon were professional throughout the furnace and water heater inspection. The took the time to explain what they would do and followed up with detailed analysis of the work they performed. I am a repeat customer and recommend JT Plumbing for small or big jobs.

Update: I had the sewer line re-checked to make sure a blockage isn't forming and it looks great. This company cost me over $5,000 by presenting the most expensive option and not the easy/fast/cheap option that a different plumber did for me. They called me trying to get me to take down the review, no refund was offered despite them doing absolutely nothing to actually fix the problem.

Horrible experience having JT come out and attempt to clear, then diagnose a Sewer line issue. They were not able to clear the line and I was then told that the sewer line was collapsed under the deck. They gave me an estimate for $18,000, which they did negotiate down to $14,000 but the job scope was narrowed. At this point my tenants had really been through a lot (no plumbing, sewage in basement, garage, closet) so on this news, and this being a big project, I got them an Airbnb and waived their rent for August. I was ready to move forward, but decided the next day to get a second opinion/estimate. This other business gave me a bid of less than half of what these guys did. They also informed me that a lot of times other plumbers give up too easy clearing the drain. They went out and were able to clear it for about $400. There was no collapsed sewer line, verified by their camera. This should have been a $400, one day project. Because of JT's incompetence and maybe greed, it was a $5,000, 5 day project. Get a second opinion, based on my experience, I believe this company will take advantage of you have an urgent matter.

We had our furnace inspected for the upcoming winter months. Dale was very thorough and very nice. We also had Robert inspect our drain lines and he was also very thorough and nice. We will have those services looked at again in the spring.

JT Plumbing replaced our lift pump on January 2nd, and the technician was fantastic – friendly, respectful, and very helpful. Unfortunately, on January 25th, the pipe pumping out of the lift station broke, just upline from the check valve, leading to an undesirable water leak in our basement. While this was a stressful situation, JT Plumbing responded professionally. They dispatched a technician, assessed the damage, and worked diligently to resolve the issue. We appreciate their commitment to making it right for us in the end. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, even when unexpected problems arise, is commendable. We've used JT Plumbing before, and we'll continue to use them because they've proven they'll fix problems.

Great overall experience with the technician Brandon. Very nice and thorough. $80 furnace tune-up. Maintenance plans seem pricey but haven't compared.

We have used JT Plumbing Heating & Air for all of heating and air conditioning needs for a few years now and have had nothing but excellent experiences every time. They have taken care of our faucets, slow drains, water heater pilot light issues, furnace and air conditioning issues and even had to do a complete plumbing replacement in our home. When you call to schedule an appointment you get greeted by a nice, caring, real person who does their best to schedule a technician asap. When they give you a time and date you can be confident that you won't be kept waiting. They respect your time enough to let you know if they are ahead of or behind schedule. Every technician we have encountered have been really enjoyable to deal with. They are so personable and respectful of your property it feels like you've known them for years. They are very thorough when investigating the problem and talk you through things as they go. Once they know what the issue is they take a considerable amount of time explaining the problem, solution, options you have as well as any possible prevention there may be. You can tell that they know what they are doing and that they enjoy doing it. This visit, Levi came out to do a routine servicing on our furnace, a/c and water heater. He does a phenomenal job. He has been out to our place before and never disappoints. He is so helpful and genuinely cares. I love that he asks if there is anything else going on in the house that we might have concerns about. It is comforting to know that you can ask those odd ball questions about things and get their professional opinion without feeling like you're putting them out. They take their time so you aren't left feeling like you've been "left in the dark" and also make you aware of any upcoming issues. Trey was the technician who installed a new garbage disposal. Besides being very efficient, knowledgeable and professional, he also represented the company well, explaining other services that are available without high pressure. I will use JT Plumbing in the future.

We had Levi out to our house initially to just install some toilets, but it became a much more serious issue. He gave us great advice and was very responsive and prompt with getting the issues fixed. I would happily recommend him and JT more broadly to anyone!

Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and things to keep an eye on. Have not had that kind of attention to detail before. He was great as super pleasant!
