Had a few plumbing issues at a couple different sites and Mike L. arrived on time and was thorough and did an excellent job on all 3. I highly recommend and will be calling Hahn for all my future plumbing needs!

Our bbq grill has a direct gas line and the flow of gas had stopped. Hagn came out and within a few minutes identified the problem (regulator), and called with a reasonable estimate and a few days timeframe in to get the part. The tech was great, friendly and fast and came back a week later, put the part in and all is working fine.

John is great. He has maintained our hot water heating system for over 20 years. This week I called in the afternoon as the system had shut down. John came to the house that afternoon after finishing his scheduled calls and got it up and running quickly and efficiently.

I was able to get same day service- which I was not expecting. Not only did he identify and repair the issue he also replaced a failing part on the flushed. Michael was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Hahn plumbing!

Joe was kind and very efficient fixing the leak in my crawl space on a Sunday. He came prepared with what he needed and replaced the pipe and replaced the water main valve in less than 45 minutes. This is the second time I have had to call Hahn for an emergency. Great company!

Hahn Plumbing is very prompt and they do great work at a fair price. In the past they replaced all my interior water lines with pex tubing and set and hooked up a new tub. Recently I had them undo the gas line to my old stove that was too tight for me. They had the line removed and the stove out the door within 30 minutes of arriving, and it was the same day I called.

We have used Hahn Plumbing for many years and will continue. Most recently fixed a pin-hole leak by the water heater. John got it fixed fast and looking good. Their office is nice to work with, and they are usually able to come out pretty quick when you need it.

I’ve used Hahn several times in the past. They are prompt, courteous, competent and reliable in all cases. In this case, our furnace malfunctioned on the coldest night of the year. They were able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently.

This is the second time I’ve used Hahn Plumbing and Heating. Each time, I have found them to be responsive and easy to work with. From the initial phone call and visit, I received clear pricing. The work they performed was excellent, and prompt. When I received the final invoice, it was transparent, clear, and consistent with the initial conversation. There were no surprises. We got estimates from multiple places for a water heater replacement. Some as high as 9k for all the work they wished to do on our home. So many rip offs out there that just want to dial up the prices.

Hahn gave us the best deal imaginable & helped us when we have been going through hard times. They made everything quick and easy- showing up right when they said they would!

I had a leak that sprayed through my ceiling in my garage. Photo 1. Hahn fixed the leak. They also went up into the space above the ceiling and examined it. This space contained insulation that had been exposed to the water from the leak. I asked the technician directly about risk of further damage to my ceiling. After seeing the insulation he told me the only thing I had to worry about was mold. He recommended having the insulation dried to mitigate the risk of mold. I asked him outright if there was any risk of my ceiling breaking or collapsing or anything like that and he said “no, only mold.” Since it was January and very, very cold, I wasn’t concerned about mold growth. A big area of my ceiling collapsed shortly after. Photos 2, 3.

Additionally, here is a statement (photo 4) where you can see the sentence “time spent fixing mistake with almost cutting the wrong line.” By “almost” it means a line they did begin cutting into which was fully pressurized and would’ve sprayed gallons before he could’ve reached the shutoff across the basement, which ought to have been off to begin with.

Thank you for your excellent 50 years of service to our family! Your attention to detail will always make you folks our go to people. We have been distant for a while when mom passed and properties were sold but we knew we would be back! You have only become better over these years and we are so glad to be home! Recently Hahn Plumbing replaced my hot water heater. They had installed the previous one more than 12 years ago. The new hot water heater was installed flawlessly. They added a pan with an alarm system so if there’s ever a leak, I will be notified right away. The technician, Leah, was very friendly and she was quick and thorough.
Then the next week, Michael came out and repaired a leak in the upstairs bathroom. Once again, he was delightful to work with and the work was meticulously completed! I’m so happy with Hahn Plumbing and will continue to call them when plumbing issues arise. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 35 years.
