The plumbing technician was outstanding. He was patient in answering my questions and made sure I understood what was being fixed. I’m very pleased with the service and highly recommend them to anyone.

Trey and Levi were able to get in to my house the same day we had an estimate for moving an exhaust for our tankless moved.

JT Plumbing is the best, they came the day I called them. They were very clear with me and went over everything. Blake and Walden was very friendly and gave me a great deal. All my issues were resolved.

Technician was the best of the best! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and showed me before and after photos of the work done. He explained why it was so necessary to have a maintenance plan to keep the equipment clean and running to avoid high costs of equipment failure in the future.

In April of 2024, I had a faucet replaced and the couplings. They were professional and did a good job but were twice as much as other plumbers but I did it anyway because they were the only available ones the day I needed done.

September 4, 2025, my water heater went out while having company. I got price quotes from Home Depot, Lowe's, Independent plumbing solutions, Master plumbing and a few others in addition to JT plumbing.

JT plumbing, wanted 89 dollars just to give me a quote. Other places are free or charge 49 to 59 dollars. They came out for free since a was a previous customer. Only good thing that happened.

JT quoted me 4200 for there best heater, then 3500 for the equivalent of the home depot and Lowe's cheapy one with a six year warranty. When I told them hd, Lowe's, independent plumbing, master plumbing, etc could all do it between 2200 and 3000. Then he was like, "You don't know anything about plumbing, what it takes to run a business, you won't get a cheaper quote, blah blah..." That pissed me off. Then he realized his error and then was like let me call my boss. Then came back 2500 but I had to join their customer service plan that cost x but would then give me a discount...

I don't want to play games I just want it fixed. The other thing that made me mad was i was giving him feedback about other quotes so he could adjust accordingly to market value. He didn't care...

I recommend independent plumbing and master plumbing. They were both honest about the differences in water heaters and fair with their pricing. They even looked to see if my old one was still under warranty.

Home Depot and Lowes are cheap but I have complicated install process and if something goes wrong it is a nightmare to get resolved.

I hope that helps anyone who has to deal with this when you have company over.

Update: They have cancelled on me twice this week after I’ve taken 8 hours of PTO. I appreciate the updates but they don’t come until after my service window. They could’ve called this morning so I didn’t waste 4 more hours waiting. They might still be great, but not when they keep canceling. Emergencies happen- tell me earlier.

Alex, Trey and Levi, came in and located my existing utilities, excavated neatly my front yard and installed a dual cleanout for my old residential home in a half day, highly recommend their work and services.
