Within hours of my call to Origin Plumbing & Heating, licensed plumber, Dan, called to say he was on his way. He arrived with a smile & a can-do attitude, was patient & persistant with a plumbing problem that had halted progress of my bathroom project. He problem solved with skill & years of knowledge. There was a genuine experience of joy when he said "I've located the problem & I've got this."

Nick Atencio went above and beyond what we expected. He was very professional and considerate of our circumstances. We would highly recommend him for anyone needing plumbing services and will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs.

Drivers are impatient and reckless on the road. If they can't slow down and be safe getting to a location I can't trust them at the location.

Joe came out to provide a quote for installing a water softener. We were interested in both the install and their membership, but he never followed up with us. We called the main line, his personal line, and even sent texts, but received no response. This was the worst customer service experience. I would look elsewhere for plumbing services. We booked through a different plumbing service.

Edit for the follow up comment: the quote was setup through my husbands last nam and our house resides in Thompson crossing II. You guys called my husband the day after I posted my review and referenced it. You did apologise for the lack of communication which we appreciated, but still found it incredibly frustrating that we had to reach out multiple times with no response.

Hunter was professional as usual. He completed the job quickly and thoroughly. I appreciated having him perform the work again.

I had both my annual plumbing and electrical inspections yesterday.

Joe and his apprentice Marshall were very courteous and professional. They answered questions and gave actionable advice regarding some plumbing issues in my house, along with flushing out my water heater and checking for leaks and clogs, and fixing the low water pressure issues I was having.

Bryce was equally courteous and professional. He checked my electrical systems to make sure nothing was in danger of sparking a fire, and that everything was up to code. He also took note of several projects that will require some new electrical wiring in the house, explained what challenges there were with what I wanted, and will get back to me with quotes for the work.

Overall, I am very happy with this company and their service.

Marshall came quickly to help solve a stopped up kitchen sink. He was quick, professional, kind and friendly. Our problem was explained simply and we understood well. The scheduling online was really easy to navigate with multiple early morning slots for us to fix the issue quickly we discovered it the night before. Great service!

Shaun and Christian were amazing! Explained everything to us and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.

Origin Plumbing and Heating was a fantastic choice from start to finish. Chuck was our plumber and he somehow managed to be both incredibly professional and genuinely fun to work with at the same time. He installed all the new plumbing after our cabinets and sink were installed, and everything looks clean, neat, and works perfectly with zero issues. He explained what he was doing in a friendly, down-to-earth way and made the whole process feel easy instead of stressful. We’re thrilled with the results and would absolutely call Origin Plumbing and Heating (and Chuck!) again!

I cannot say enough good things about Origin Plumbing and Heating. From start to finish, their professionalism and communication were outstanding. They were clear and upfront about timelines, showed up exactly when they said they would, and kept everything moving efficiently without cutting corners.

What truly sets them apart is their expertise. We have a very unusual/odd system, and instead of guessing or defaulting to a quick fix, they took the time to fully understand it. Their knowledge and confidence were evident. They clearly knew what they were doing and explained everything in a way that made sense, which was incredibly reassuring.

The work was done meticulously, the space was left clean, and the entire experience felt smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines punctuality, professionalism, and deep technical knowledge so seamlessly.

I would not recommend this company. I asked them to inspect a water heater and provide a price to repair a pilot light problem. Water heater is less than 10 years old (repairable). They came out, and quickly said, without even diagnosing the problem, "its easier to replace than repair this, $1700 price". Easier for whom? For you novices out there, a good water heater is less than $500 at HDepot. It takes 2-3 hours for me to replace a water heater, myself. That means they are asking roughly $400/hour for labor to replace a water heater. Are these lawyers or plumbers? Can you say, ‘extortion’? While waiting for them to do what I asked them (diagnose the problem and give me a repair price), they also told my renters that I was delaying the replacement, so I could repair the water heater and it would take a week (without even finding out how long parts would take)! My renter called me upset because the Hahn plumber says it will take a week to get the pilot light parts, and he will need a state inspector to look at the water heater (What the?), clearly trying to play the renter against me. One word-Wow. I am the client, not the tenant. On top of all that, they sent me a bill for $154 just for their helpful visit. Their phone number doesn’t work on their invoice, and they never told me they would charge $154 to drop by and visit. Nor do they respond to my emails questioning their fees.

I am SO impressed with this business! The scheduling folks are super nice and efficient. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The plumber himself was AWESOME! Honest and knowledgeable. He was also just a nice guy to interact with. I cannot recommend them enough!

I'll start by saying that I was very appreciative that Hahn Plumbing was able to get me scheduled the same-day that I called. I had called four other companies and all of them were booked out for weeks.

With that said, we will not be using Hahn plumbing again, and I would not recommend them. At the very least I would recommend those using them to get your total owed in writing before the plumber leaves your residence.

We needed a minor fix for a new bathroom faucet we put in. Once the plumber arrived he new right away what needed to be fixed (he was very nice). He needed to return to the shop to pick up this part. Being that the service call included the first hour, and that the service charge was $154, I wanted to be sure that we stayed within the hour. He said his company was right down the road from us, the part was $9, and that it would only take him 10-15 minutes to replace. Cool.
When he went to leave, I asked if I could write a check. Due to COVID they are sending invoices rather than having the plumbers take payment.
The following week I received a bill for $350. We were charged for two hours of work, totaling $308, and $40 in parts. When I reached out to the office to clear up the misunderstanding, they were unapologetic and, honestly, I'm pretty sure they didn't believe me.
They said that the clock actually starts from the moment the plumber leaves the shop to the moment he returns. It didn't matter that he was only at my house for 25 minutes.
After speaking with the office manager she "split" the second hour with me. It was the "best they could do." I say if you're tech said it would only take an hour, you should only be charged an hour...
Next time I will wait a few days and shop around to both get a better price & to make sure I won't get taken advantage of.

Our furnace was making an annoying whining noise, so we called Hahn, our neighborhood HVAC source. They sent out Sasha, who was courteous, helpful, and efficient in handling that, plus various other jobs we tacked on, so we're ready for AC season, and the whine is no more. Always a pleasure to work with Hahn and its expert techs. BONUS: My wife and I both paid the bill, by mistake, which earned us a quick call from the office to let us know. So add "honesty" and "integrity" to the list of qualities.

I am so disappointed in my experience with Hahn plumbing, especially since they came so highly recommended. Over the phone I was clear in sharing that our bathroom sink drain had a hole where the branch for the pop-up stopper had fallen off. The plumber, Levi, came by and said that we needed a new drain but he didn’t bring one with him because they got a new receptionist who “is nice but doesn’t take good notes.” So, he said he needed to go get one and that he’d be right back. An hour later Levi came back saying he got stuck at a train. Once I got the invoice I saw that the receptionist was clear in her notes that there was a “hole in the drain at the bottom of the stopper.” The receptionist was clear and I am disappointed that Levi would blame a co-worker. To me it seems like Levi took advantage of the situation and charged us $154 for the hour it took him to go get a drain that he should have brought in the first place. I’m all about paying people for their time, but I don’t like it when a plumbing company allows their plumbers to take advantage of their customers who are in a bind and want to get a problem fixed by a professional. If you’re looking for a good plumber, go with Allen Heating and Air. We would have gone with them but they couldn’t get to us fast enough.

Update: Hahn Plumbing got in touch with me right away and refunded me the additional hour of work. They were very apologetic and helpful. I really appreciated how seriously they took my concern.
