Nothing but good things to say. I was quoted an insane price from another plumber and IPS put together an estimate which was 1/4 of the price that the other plumber had quoted me.
They were able to make it out that same day and have everything installed by the afternoon. Very professional and so easy to work with. IPS will now be my first call with any future projects!

I had IPS come out to my workplace to give a second opinion on some plumbing issues we were having. Not only were they responsive and professional, they also solved my issue for 1/4 of the price of other guys quote. They fit us in quickly and completed the job in just a few hours. They are a no nonsense group that get the job done and don't spend hours trying to sell you on work you don't need. If you are needing great work at a great price look no further!

I originally called one of the larger, highly rated plumbing services in town when my pipes started rattling and banging in certain situations. They sent out a professional and friendly technician who correctly diagnosed the problem, but their quote seemed outrageously high. When they started trying to sell me on their loyalty program, I started to suspect I was getting scammed.

I called IPS for a second opinion, and they quoted me at literally half the price for the same parts and labor, and were able to come out on the next business day. Their plumbers replaced a PRV and expansion tank, and weeks later everything is still working great. I'm so glad I chose IPS--they did a great job and saved me hundreds of dollars. I appreciated that they didn't try to expand the job or sell me on additional services. They have earned my trust and will be my go-to plumbers from now on.

We recently replaced a water heater in our automotive repair shop. It is in an older building, with tight accessibility. Kevin from IPS made the removal and installation easy! Great, fast service all around - on time and on budget! Highly recommended. :)

IPS was the plumbing contractor when our home was built a couple of years ago. Since then, they have provided a warranty repair of the hot water heater, and routine maintenance on equipment. The staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Excellent customer service! They really seem to care and want to leave everything better than they found it.

These guys are great for larger new construction projects. And what’s great is they have a separate sort of department for smaller remodel work, so they are able to handle both types of work well , which can be a challenge. Dave is great at working with contractors on kitchen and bath remodels and a lot of the contractors in town that I have referred them to have really appreciated their top notch service. I would recommend. Probably not a home services, service call kind of outfit m, but maybe I’m wrong about that. Highly recommend !!

We had a widow lady in our church have an issue with one of her bathrooms. She called me asking for a plumbing recommendation because hers was not available for a couple more days. I recommended IPS to her after a friend recommended you all. You arrived on scene in less than two hours, got the repair done, and stated you would invoice her later. She was so happy with the service you provided her. Thank you for taking great care of your customers. Although you did not know she was widowed, your company and your technician put her at ease and made her very satisfied. I appreciate what you did for her.

Our upstairs bathrooms weren't draining. Because our main and lower floor were ok, I called in as "not an emergency, whenever you can get to us." They said they could be over in an hour, but I think it was actually closer to half that. The tech was professional, personable, and took good care to prevent leaving a mess. It was a bit of a tricky job, because the clog was down the side of a T fitting, so the snake wasn't wanting to make that turn. Working together we were able to come at it after removing a fitting and then he was able to get a giant clog of hair out of the pipe.

This is the second time I've had them come help with a clog, previous time was ~4 years ago, and based on both of these I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

These guys are the absolute best in every way you could think of and that's no exaggeration either - they are simply the lowest/best priced, best top notch professionalism from the time you call in to everyone you will speak with in between and finally to the technicians that come to your house and get the job done, extremely fast to respond and also extremely fast to get the job done, friendly, completely honest (no exaggeration at all), and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Just great human beings to deal with all around in a mostly thankless job that is a tough job most people would not want to do whatsoever so I see them as basically heroes quite honestly. I called them on Tuesday and left a message with my name number and problem and within the hour, Riley called me back and told me someone would be on the way later in the day and this was at a time when I knew they were extremely busy with many different jobs to deal with but they fit me right in the same day and a few hours later Joel called and said he was 5 minutes from my house and if I was home he would be there in 5 minutes which I was and he was there within exactly 5 minutes. The problem I was facing was standing water in my vent roof stack which brought draining of all connected sinks and drains and toilets in my home to a virtual standstill and basically the next time I flushed the toilet there would have been a backup due to the lack of venting in the main 4" cast iron 98 year old main drain sewer pipe all were connected to. Joel arrived alone and immediately went to work on the top of my roof with 125 foot electric drain auger that had a special yolk cutter attachment on the end and within 20 minutes time put virtually the entire length 115 ft deep into my sewer line until he reached the connecting municipal tap out on the street and augured the complete distance of my sewer line. The standing water in the main roof vent stack finally broke and started to drain at the final 115-ft mark deep so this was plugged back all the way to the municipal main 115 ft away. Joel had the entire distance cleared within 20 minutes of what he told and showed me was heavy sludge and roots and some synthetic lint and sponge material all bound up together. He clean the entire length out and flushed the entire pipe system out afterwards by running the taps and that was that he completely solve the job and did it 100% complete the whole length of the sewer line. No BS here at all just a top professional who's probably seen it all 100 times over and knew exactly what to do and was lightning quick to get it done and done right the first time. I then met him at his truck for the bill he wrote up for me and when he told me the price I had to hesitate out of shock because I could not believe it was so low and I will not tell you how much it was here because I don't think it would be in their best interests but let me just tell you it was unbelievably low to the point of shock. I was expecting about 3 to 4 times the amount he quoted me. I had to do a double take to ask him if this was really the price and he said yes and then I simply paid him and he was off on his way. He also gave me some expert advice for the future in regards to this job as far as the roots he found were concerned and how extensive he thought it might be or a problem in the future and what to do or what not to do and this was extremely helpful. So there is my story with no embellishment or exaggerations. I cannot recommend Drain Doctors any more than to say they have absolutely everything going for them in an ideal drain and plumbing business from the consumer or customers perspective. I could not have asked for a better experience in every single way possible from price to service it was a 10 out of 10. Thanks again to Riley and Joel. You are a rare breed of extremely honest and extremely skilled technicians.

They are great, they fix the problem at a fair rate without trying to sell you something you don't need (as others do). I have used them multiple times for work and home for plugged drains and cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Main drain line clogged on a Sunday. The Drain Doctos were at my house within the hour and got everything cleared up quickly. Good pricing and professional service. I would recommend and use them again!

I don't usually post reviews, but these folks are so good I need to chime in. They were available when we needed help. Christian arrived when he said he would and worked efficiently and effectively. We've had other services out for this problem and he fixed it in a matter of minutes. The bill was extremely reasonable. Totally wonderful.

We called Drain Doctors for a clogged kitchen sink. Christian came promptly when he said he would arrive. He worked for some time to try to unclog our drain …on a very cold day. Eventually he came to the conclusion that the pipe was frozen and recommended a space heater to thaw the pipe. He would NOT take any payment for the call. He worked for 20 to 30 minutes and was so kind and professional. I would say Drain Doctors go above and beyond!
