We've used R&J for a couple of different projects both at our own home and at our rental property. I have found them to be very competent, open, honest, responsive, communicative, and much more affordable than the big companies.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink. Called to set up an appointment. Got one for the next morning. Technician was on time. Very pleasant young man did the repair work. He was very thorough in making sure my issue was resolved. I will DEFINITELY recommend and use them again.

Charged me $300 to not fix my shower and leave it a mess. My shower diverter was not working. Ray from R&J took it apart, tried numerous ways to fix it, then left my shower a mess of plastic shavings and my diverter in pieces. I even called them for a follow up about installing a new shower and the ghosted me. Eventually, a different plumber came in and fixed in in 15 minutes. The new plumber was shocked that R&J left our shower in this condition and charged us that much.

Excellent service, timeliness and responsive communication! I will definitely hire Ray and his team again. I recommend their service to anyone who cares about attention to detail and overall great quality.

Ray was amazing; he responded exceptionally fast and explained, in detail, everything that was needed and why it was needed. His process are as fair as you're likely to find anywhere else. He is the only plumber I allow in my home or any facility I manage. The guy is a Rockstar. You cannot go wrong using R&J.

I called Ray on a Sunday to share that our mainline had broken but was shut off. Please call me back. I didn’t expect him to call back 5 minutes later. Monday morning he had a backhoe and locates lined up to fix our mainline break. He was clean, professional, a great value and very COVID careful. I will use this business again!

We used R&J Plumbing to install a new furnace, Ray did a great job, he found us the best unit for our space and explained all his reasoning. We got the best unit for a good price, installed quickly.

I had Ray install a Backflow Preventer for a new sprinkler system. Ray was on time , professional and did a great job to be mindful of a home that was just renovated. He was very careful not to scratch the trim or walls. I'm very happy with the outcome!!

Now that we've gotten that out of the way, R&J are the best. They've done everything over at our house, from repairing old drain nonsense, to installing all new high-end fixtures and appliances.

They're super professional, dilligent, and respectful. Ray is the kind of dude you can trust inside of your home, even unsupervised. This is a young family-owned and operated business, with very noticeable attention to detail and a wide knowledge base.

I could go on praising them for ages, but the most important thing is that they will do well by you, and you'll feel good having hired them to get your house (or commercial property) plumbed up right.

R&J installed our tankless hot water heater, tub and rainfall shower head, smart toilet/bidet, not-smart but still unique toilet, several sinks, a smart faucet, garbage disposal, and probably much more down the line. Needless to say, whatever you've got, they can handle.

My wife and I have been slowly updating and upgrading our old 1969 house and one of the latest projects was getting a new water heater. We had gotten quotes from a few plumbers with some quoting as high as 10,000 dollars for tank water heaters.

By dumb chance, I reached out to R&J, and saw what he could do. From the very beginning, he was professional and worked with us--we are typically a bit far from his typical area. He fulfilled every request we had and genuinely felt taken care of. During the installation, he was knowledgeable and very kind. All of this and his price beat every other quote we got.

We've used R&J plumbing for several repairs and replacements and love everything about them. Not only are they polite, prompt and courteous but Ray has extensive knowledge about all things plumbing and has saved us from costly repairs and provided good tips for home maintenance. We've used R&J to install a dishwasher, fix our upstairs shower and repair leaks from old, faulty pipes both inside and outside the house. We have yet to find anything negative to say about them.

Ray installed a couple of new toilets for us and helped us every step of the way. He pretty much went "say no more!" when we told him what we were interested in doing.

The new fixtures are quality, installation was professional, and Ray has a friendly and upbeat demeanor I wish more tradesmen possessed.

Today was the third time we have used them & Ray was outstanding! Solved multiple problems & even found an issue with our furnace that we didn’t know about. His professionalism, knowledge, expertise, & honesty always impresses us, but today he went above & beyond. Saved us probably $5-6k & a dangerous situation was avoided. I will always recommend R&J!

Ray was fabulous! We had a small problem with the flushing unit in the toilet and the knob that turns on/off the water to the tank. He was such a nice guy, squeezed us in the SAME DAY (got lucky and thank you!!), was professional, competent and everything is working great, now. I used this plumbing company on a recommendation from my HVAC company. When I called, I was surprised how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Ray arrived on time, was friendly, professional and provided some advice on some additional repairs I would like done. The price was very reasonable and the work done in the timeframe discussed with me. I also appreciated that he arrived wearing a mask. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I would definitely recommend Ray and his company! I’ll be using him again in the future!

Great work for a good and honest price! What a joy to have Ray and the team in our home working on our kitchen remodel. He needed to move both the water and sewer lines; and then in the middle of the project our water heater was spewing out rust so he worked in replacing that! Ray explained everything, gave us options, and answered all of our questions. His work was solid. And best of all, he was fun to have in our home - a good sense of humor, kind to our kids and animals. He followed all safety protocol and COVID public health guidelines. I would 100% recommend him and have already asked for his help on our next project.

Ray changed out our old water heaters. He promptly came and gave us an estimate. We appreciated his taking the time to explain exactly what the job would entail. Ray is the man! Installed and did plumbing for my tub and shower. He helped me with pre-install advice on good tubs and trim to purchase. He did a great job with the install and even worked on a Saturday for my tile guys schedule. Post install he continued to help me out and answer questions I had. Ray installed a frost-free line and hydrant for a greenhouse. I'm super happy with the work that Ray did and his fair pricing.
