So very thankful for the quick service from Rex’s for a Friday morning emergency. Terra came out asap and took the time to make sure everything was fixed and cleaned and while it was not an ideal situation we are so happy we called and got it taken care of so quickly. Will def call again in the future with any plumbing questions or problems

I had Rex's Plumbing & Heating come out to take a look at my AC unit and also replace my pressure reducing valve and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Darren and Kevin were really friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing.

They got my AC working again quickly (thankfully, because it’s been HOT), and the pressure reducing valve replacement went super smoothly too. They explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and I never felt like I was being upsold or rushed.

It’s so nice to deal with a company that’s honest, easy to talk to, and does solid work. I’d definitely call them again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

While I was at work, Rex Plumbing sent a technician to our home in Fort Collins to repair a minor leak. My wife and four daughters were home alone.

The technician:

• Tracked mud throughout our house in filthy boots and refused to use boot covers
• Repeatedly invaded my wife’s personal space in the kitchen despite her attempts to keep distance and followed her around the house

• Made multiple inappropriate personal comments, including questioning whether I live at the residence and remarking on money in her wallet and her appearance

My wife felt so uncomfortable that she had to instruct our daughter to remain downstairs and away from him. This is completely unacceptable behavior from anyone entering a customer’s home, especially when a woman and children are present alone.

Rex Plumbing needs far better screening, training, and oversight. We will not use your services again and will share this experience widely.

Tara did an excellent job. She quickly analyzed the problem and then fixed the issue in a very short time. There were no follow-on problems. And, she was very polite and pleasant.

Rex’s tech, Tarra correctly diagnosed the problem with a 12 year old gas water heater; special ordered the necessary parts then returned the next day with the parts. She dismantled the guts of the unit, replaced the bad part and reassembled the unit. All is working properly now and we have hot water again. I will happily recommend Rex’s to family and friends.

We have used their services at two different locations. The plumbers were always professional and polite. They took time to explain what needed to be done and made sure our questons were answered. We would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

They were extremely fast, friendly, and great to work with, at what I considered a fair price given the amount of detailed work they did. Add-in the fact that they got me in the same day for an evaluation and estimate of the work, after calling in mid-afternoon, and then were able to come back the very next day to perform the work, overall is was a great experience.

We were able to schedule someone to come out and service was performed same-day. Tara was wonderful- she talked us through the problem and solution options. Highly recommend.

Terra came out on a Sunday to repair an issue with our hot water heater. Tera and Rex is our go to plumber now. She always does a great job of accessing the issue, explaining the problem, and coming up with the best solution. Highly recommend!

Excellent Service and best price for a new boiler heating system. The work was done in a very timely fashion taking out the old heating boiler and installing the new one. I highly recommend Rex's Plumbing & Heating for your job.

Absolutely outstanding!

I noticed a water leak in my basement on a Saturday evening. As a result, I had to shut off the water main.

I called Rex's office at 7:45 am the following Monday and Terra arrived at my home that afternoon. Through diligent troubleshooting, Terra identified the leak source and spent over an hour in a nearby community locating the parts to ensure that I could turn on the water as soon as possible. The repair was quickly completed and the process was thoroughly explained. Afterward, a reputable water damage mitigation company was suggested.

Rex's is my "go to" for all plumbing problems.

Our water heater decided to quit two days before Christmas and they were the only company that could get it replaced the same day. Their price was right in line with other estimates for a 50 gallon water heater and they also included a 5 gallon expansion tank. So we are very thankful that it was completed very quickly with a bonus of an expansion tank. We are very happy with the service, we would definitely recommend Rex’s Plumbing.

Very nice people and efficient. Instead of just doing an estimate, I was able to get all of the work done today, which made me super excited! I also got a quote for some stuff I will need to Doing in the future, but they weren’t pushy or anything, And allowed me to choose what I wanted to do today with my furnace and what I wanted to push off for the future. I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services in the Northern Colorado area!
