DON'T USE THIS PLUMBER!!! I tried William on a small project. I needed a valve replaced for my sprinkler shut-off. I'd sent pictures of the valve and he gave me an estimate. When he showed up he said "it's going to cost more because it's a different valve than I expected." Should've been the 1st red flag. Then he asked for $ upfront to go get the parts 2nd red flag. When he came back he worked on the valve and told my wife he "couldn't test it because we didn't want to put water to the sprinklers in the winter but it's warrantied if it leaks." 3 red flag! When I got done with work and checked the valve he'd burned the insulation and dripped his pipe glue and solder everywhere and left a mess.

Now, 2 months later we have to turn the house water off to put in a new sink. When I turned the water back on this valve started dripping rapidly. It leaks about 3 gal over night! I texted William and he blamed me for doing something to the valve. Said he'd tested it when he left so I reminded him what he told my wife. He responds with "the valve is warranted but not if you did something to it. It just doesn't leak on its own." Like I'd break it. I reminded him how much we paid and that he said he stood behind his work. He told me to find someone else because I "clearly didn't trust him." I reminded him that we'd found him on our neighborhood reference and he said "go ahead and give me a review." So here you go. Awful professionalism, quality, service, and warranty. AVOID this one!!

Timely and courteous service - highly recommended for northern Colorado residents with plumbing issues. We had issues with a hot water heater that were quickly diagnosed and repaired. Lewis and Will are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Will is an amazing plumber and knows his stuff. My Dad was a plumber for many years, so I'm able to recognize good work. He replaced a toilet for us in our main home and did a spectacular job, even picking it up for me because I wasn't able to lift it myself. He will be replacing an entire shower for us this week and we are excited about it! Thank you for being so professional and knowledgeable, Will!

Currently overseas so I'm not able to tend to my own home. My wife contacted me and said the hot water heater was spewing water and leaking everywhere. A neighbor of ours recommended the elder Chandler from work they had done some time back.
My wife called and was told, Will, the son had taken over. One would expect the same quality so she scheduled to have Will come out and look at our hot water heater. Called on a Friday, said he would be out the next day.
Two hours before the appointment he canceled. He knew after the phone call on Friday that the home was without hot water yet canceled two hours before an appointment? On a weekend? Extremely poor form. Absolutely horrible display of customer service.
He blamed it on a COVID vaccine. Don't schedule an emergency, weekend appointment if you can't guarantee you will be there or have someone available to respond in your place.
Even if that was a worthwhile excuse you don't wait until two hours before the appointment to cancel.

Great father and son business. I have used Chandler Plumbing on at least two occasions. I found them on our local "Next Door" web site where they had very good reviews. The first time I used them was for my sprinkler system. The copper pipe coming from the main was cracked under ground. It took them about 1/2 to complete the job, clean up and finish. The second time I was considering adding a gas fireplace to a porch that we enclosed and needed a gas line ran. I got two quotes, Chandler Plumbing was better than 20% less than their competitor. The third time was to run water lines to a shower I was adding to my basement bathroom. They ran the water, installed the valve controls and hooked up the drain to my existing drain. While they were here we had them change out the shut off valves to the existing sink and toilet. All total they probably spent about 3 hours on the job. Every time I used them they were on time and on budget. I would highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business.

Chandler was my go to plumber for years. Lewis is friendly and experienced and quick to repair problems. But starting a year or two ago, his son has been the one to do the repairs (with Lewis supervising) and he is not very personable or friendly. I had them over a few months ago to repair a faucet. His son did fix it, but then just a few days later it started leaking again. I called and they came back (free of charge) to fix it again, although his son accused me of causing the problem. Now, a few months later, the same faucet is leaking again. I just called Lewis and he's no longer interested in fixing it, even though I paid $180 for this just a few months ago. He doesn't stand behind his work - beware!

Will was right on time. He gave us an estimated range of cost that was spot-on. His work was quickly completed and our issue was resolved, preventing further damage to our home. I’m grateful for how fast he was able to fix our plumbing, because it was pretty unnerving when our pipe sprung a leak. We will continue to use his services going forward.

Will is a solid guy, knows his stuff and gets things done quickly and properly. we had our main sewage drain blow out, and he was able to get it fixed and repaired other problems with the line, great work will!

Will showed up promptly on a Sunday morning and replaced my old propane water heater with a high quality Rheem. He was polite and informative. Before he left he took time to carefully double check his work. Will Chandler is highly recommended and has earned my future business.

Will stepped in at a crucial time a couple of years ago when the plumber I was going to hire changed their plans, upon which my project was contingent and would have derailed weeks of planning. I have been counting on Will ever since, and I recommend him whenever I can to friends and social media posts. He's a stand-up guy, and I know he tries to do his best for older and low-income folks.

Will was on time and had me at ease within minutes. We had a kitchen return pipe bust in the basement and flood my room. Chandler Plumbing and Repair was out to help me a day after calling. He went above and beyond on the repair.

Will Chandler is always quick to help us when we have any kind of plumbing issues, even if it is something small. He has even shown us how to fix some of the small things ourselves! He is very reasonably priced, and quick to come out and visit when it is an emergency (like when our bathroom flooded and we needed a plumber to verify everything for us through the insurance.) He also is able to work with our busy schedules too which is always a huge bonus that other plumbers don’t usually have. I 100% recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services!

He was professional, personable, and worked efficiently to fix my shower. While he did have to make a couple of trips to Home Depot, he handled everything promptly and exceeded my expectations. There was a minor issue with the water temperature after the repair, but Will provided clear instructions via text, and I was able to fix it myself. Highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again!
