Great service with Star Plumbing! Had a major leak underneath kitchen sink. Had Star Plumbing come out and he was punctual and professional. Left to get a part and was back quickly and replaced leaking sink drain and fixed some I’ll fitting pipes as well. All is good now without one drop of leakage!

Jake was hired to fix a sewer line at a property i bought. Without telling anybody he dented the AC Unit outside causing the blade from hitting the side and restricting air flow. Ive been trying to contact him and he admitted to it and signed a letter to makes things right. Not professional and has no integrity. Reading messages and not replying to any of them. Go else where for plumbing services.

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars.

Our basement drainage was clogged, but it was covered with the water heater.
Jake explained the situation of needing to drain the hot water and doing a whole project and was transparent about the price.
He started working and he saw that it was an easier job than he initially thought and explained and showed everything. He was able to get it done quickly and didn't charge the price he initially thought it would cost.

He answered all of my questions with a smile and lots of patience and gave some tips for doing and maintaining stuff.

If you ever need a great, honest, knowledgeable guy, you should definitely call them!

Awful experience. Terrible drivers. All around rude people. Spoke with the “owner” and she couldn’t be bothered to help. Save your money and hire a real pro not some company that hires lazy workers.

The service tech Mike was great. Prompt, clean, and professional. Parts were ordered and my water issue was fixed the next day.
