It has been our pleasure to experience outstanding service and relationships on new construction projects with Lind's Plumbing and Heating for 30+ years. Regarding Lind's Service and Repair Department, last week our 44 year old home garbage disposal needed replacement so I called Kellan. Shad came to our house the next day and performed excellent work replacing it along with a wonderful customer service attitude, and we all had a good laugh at how long the original had lasted! Thank you Kellan, Shad and Veronica for showing up and becoming our outstanding Service and Repair Contractor as well, you all are awesome! Ron and Barb New.

Shad has provided plumbing and heating service at my home for many years. On a recent occasion, he called ahead and diagnosed the problem (missing check valve on the sump pump erroneously removed by water mitigation contractor) and showed up with all the parts needed to quickly make the repair. He provided pictures and narrative so that I had all I needed to request a reimbursement. I always ask for Shad and he always excels!

The group at Linds are hands down the best! They are easy to work with, honest, reliable and fair. Their customer service is top notch! Had to reach out for some emergency needs due to the sale of an old home. They got us taken care of quickly and were able to move forward with closing with no delay.

We've worked with Lind's a handful times for our business in Downtown Fort Collins. They are always 5 Star. Timely, knowledgeable, professional, and fairly priced! Technician Auggie is an expert, and Victoria in the Office stays on top of everything! We appreciate Lind's and will continue to call them when we're in need!

Lind's only has one thing going for them. And that is shad! He's incredible! Timely, polite, knowledgeable and too handsome. He's gotten me out of a few binds and I've never had a bad experience with him! I recommend using shad on any and all jobs! The rest could use some work! Man his back must be sore, carrying that company on it!!! Plus I hear he's got a thigh slapper!

Shad Wisenbaker, Service Technician Supervisor worked on my boiler going through a series of tests before it was determined that I needed a new valve. Lind worked me into their schedule which meant Shad had to come out twice after a long day of appointments. He never complained and was very friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about how boilers work and did a great job. Thanks to Lind and Shad I had hot water back on even temporarily while waiting on the parts. Shad is a great asset to a great company.

Today, I watched one of their workers pull up to a stoplight where there was a homeless person. He gave them two sandwiches, an orange, and a bottle of water. It was such a pure, random act of kindness. I felt it deserved a shout-out. Good people working for this company.

Yikes. It seems I’m not the only one (based on several other reviews) who is concerned with this company’s driving. Scary driver this morning cutting me and others off in traffic. Weaving in and out. Very reckless.
If you want to be an inconsiderate and dangerous driver, don’t do it in a company car.
Based on their driving, and the multiple reviews mentioning it, I wouldn’t trust this company.

Lind's Plumbing and Heating is a Five Star Business, their entire company operates with integrity, reliability, and honesty. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great plumbing and heating company. Across the board they offer the most amazing top-notch customer service and high quality products. I had a leaking shower valve and Shad was the service technician that came to my home. I was completely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and amazing customer service. He replaced my rough-in shower valve with an up-graded shower valve which included shut off valves for both the hot and cold water. Then he installed a beautiful trim kit and everything was topped off with with an in the closet access panel. Thank you so very much to everyone at Lind's Plumbing and Heating !

5 stars all the way. uggie was super nice and proffessional, was honest, and didn't try to tell me I needed something that I didn't like the company I got a quote from the day before. The guys here don't work on commission so will tell you what you need and not try and line their own pockets like many companies do. I will use lind's plumbing from now on.

We hired Linds to do a full home remodel and were so impressed with their responsiveness and integrity. Anything that needed to be fixed or resolved, they handled in the most amazing way. Their techs were on-time, polite, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to remodel their home. Thank you to everyone on the team for making a stressful remodel less so.

Terrible company. We had them out to fix a leaking pipe on a boiler system. They show up late for the job and they where not on site for hours and made excuses for needing a part. When they thought the job was done. A part broke and said they could not fix it and left 42 residents with no heat and no hot water. Over night and also left sensitive areas open for anyone to enter. They are not to be trusted. If I could give zero stars I would.

Highly recommend! They have been very fast to arrive and fix our issues, the office staff is super nice and the plumbers in the field are very friendly and knowledgeable. Lind's is always my first call when we need a plumber.

No one will talk to me over the phone to ask questions. I have no idea how much it costs, they want 95$ to come to my house and tell me how much it will cost. That was the only info the answering service gave, refusing to let me talk to anyone who knew anything. Huh, going elsewhere!

These are nice people and very knowledgable about their business. We were in a bind and needed service right away and they were prompt. However, they are very expensive. They charge more than double the going price just to arrive at your house. The pumping of our septic tank was also a LOT more than what other services charge. Given that, we would not use them again, which is too bad, because they were nice to work with. They are just way overpriced.

Used Star for home warranty work. He was very passionate about the work, did a great job of walking me through everything, and worked with me to repair it in a way that fit under the warranty. Would absolutely recommend him and will be using him again

Had him out for home warranty service a couple of times and he was fantastic! Great work and super fast. Very honest and dependable. 1000% recommend!

This guy is amazing! He has been out to do warranty work twice and is incredible! Very professional, takes time to explain things in layman's terms, and is SO HONEST! I will one million percent be calling him for any plumbing issues from here on out. Cannot recommend him enough!
